Article Talk. The Oldsmobile 88 (marketed from 1989 on as the Eighty Eight) is a full-size car that was sold and produced by Oldsmobile from 1949 until 1999. From 1950 until 1974, the 88 was the division`s most profitable line, particularly the entry level models such as the 88 and Dynamic 88.
Essentially, the Delmont was the same as the Delta 88 and Delta 88 Custom, but without all the decorative trim and fancy interior, and the V-8 as standard for the 1967 model year; the more powerful 425 and Rocket 455 were optional.
Power for all of the Delta 88 series in 1971 came from 350-cid small-block or 455-cid big block V-8 engines. The 350 offered 250 gross hp, while the standard 455 delivered 280 gross hp with a two-barrel carburetor.
The 88 represented a sweet spot – it came equipped with the powerful 303-cubic-inch Rocket 88 engine, one of the first modern V-8s with overhead valves, and a whopping 135 horsepower.
At various times in its existence, Oldsmobile was able to pass as a luxury vehicle manufacturer. But most of the time, GM used Oldsmobile to fulfill a middle ground in terms of its luxury level. On the luxury scale, Oldsmobile was above Chevy and Pontiac but below Buick and Cadillac.
The “4-4-2” name (pronounced “Four-four-two”) derives from the original car`s four-barrel carburetor, four-speed manual transmission, and dual exhausts (Some maintain that the `2` indicated a limited-slip differential).
The strongest delta 8 carts are Blue Moon Hemp`s Magic Melon vape cartridges, which give 9.3 mg of Delta 8 THC per puff.
The delta-8 molecule itself is likely no more dangerous than regular delta-9 THC. However, the way delta-8 products are manufactured leaves a lot of room for error and accidental poisoning.
The 1967 Delmont 88s also carried an engine designation of 330 or 425 – referring to the size of the engine in the car. Convertibles were offered only with the 425-cid engine. The 330-cid V-8 offered 250 hp, while the 425 delivered 300 hp.
The standard 1965-1967 425 cu in (7.0 L) was called the Super Rocket, and was the most powerful engine option for the Oldsmobile 88 and 98 of 1965-1967. Compression ratios of 9.0:1 at 310 hp (230 kW) or 10.25:1 at 360 hp (270 kW) were available in the U.S.
Under the hood, this modified 1984 Hurst Oldsmobile comes with a twin-turbo V8 making 5,000 HP. It redlines at 9,400 RPM and has a top speed of 260 mph (418 kph).
It was 1968 when Oldsmobile unveiled the Rocket 455. This engine was the biggest offering of a trio of engines (400, 425, and 455) that shared a similar architecture. The 455 offered between 310 and 400 hp, but it was the 500 lb-ft of torque that really made it a star.
Of all the 442 variants, one of the rarest and most legendary is the W-32. Recently we`ve seen a rare one of 4,475 Chevrolet Chevelle SS454 with the LS6 engine, but this 1969 Oldsmobile 442 is one of 297 cars built with the W-32 package.
They simply weren`t distinct enough to stand out from GM`s other car lines or draw younger buyers. Many criticized the Detroit automaker`s decision to kill the Oldsmobile division and thought dropping other brands made more sense. But GM had been forging ahead with its decision long before the shutdown.
Oldsmobile. Another General Motors brand, Oldsmobile was founded as the Olds Motor Vehicle Company in 1897. Oldsmobile became a part of General Motors in 1908.
What does the W-30 on a 442 mean? The W-30 option package on a 442 Oldsmobile provides increased performance and fuel efficiency. It includes the Select-Fit engine components, a functional air scoop hood, an aluminum intake manifold as well as a longer duration cam.
As previously mentioned, delta 11 is believed to be around three times stronger than delta 9, placing it at roughly the same psychoactive potency as THCO, a cannabinoid known for its psychedelic effects when taken in large amounts. There is no evidence of psychedelic effects at any dose with delta 11.
Delta 9 is significantly more potent than Delta 8. Some experts believe it to be about twice as powerful overall. Side effects are more severe with Delta 9, including paranoid delusions, mental cloudiness, motor impairment, and anxiety.
The most significant difference between Delta 8 and Delta 10 is that Delta 8 is more potent than Delta 10. Delta 8 has a higher concentration of cannabinoids, making it much stronger. Delta 8 provides psychoactive effects that last much longer, whereas Delta 10 has more of a Sativa effect.
As mentioned, the effects of Delta 11 THC are nearly 3x stronger than Delta 9 THC, the primary psychoactive cannabinoid. That statement alone is pretty intriguing. Besides its strong potency, anecdotal reports about Delta 11 state that it offers an unmatched euphoria compared to other Deltas.
No, delta-8 is not the same as K2. However, both contain potentially dangerous chemicals. K2, according to the DEA, is a synthetic version of THC, meaning it is entirely human-made and not naturally occurring. K2 and spice are synthetic cannabinoids that contain highly psychoactive chemicals.
Delta-8 THC is a chemical found in cannabis with similar effects to traditional (delta-9) THC. Because delta-8 THC is similar to delta-9 THC, it can make you feel high and is likely to show up on a drug test.
The most common reasons an Oldsmobile 88 won`t start are a dead battery, an alternator problem, or failed starter.

What is the little light on the inside of the door called in a delta 88 royale brougham ?
ANSWER : Valet light

My swimming pool. I have just had my fifth IC 40 Intellichlor chlorine generator installed in 4 years at a cost of over $900 today. Each one has worked for no more than 8 months. The first three were replaces under three year warranty, the fourth by a factory rep and I bought the fifth today. The first three all failed with Flow Chk PCB error message. The fourth just stopped working on Sunday, no power or lights. A local Pentair warranty person, whom I paid a Service Call, unplugged the unit, opened the small power center cover, showed me the green light indicating that there was power, plugged in a new IC 40 which worked immediately (as did the other four). I asked if I should replace the power center and he said that it’s basically just a transformer and is working fine. We do get occasional power blips that make the clocks on microwaves, etc blink, but I thought that the power center essentially isolates the cell from these. I do have a Florida Power and Light surge protector on the electrical box that brings power into the house. I have now talked to the pool builder, two Pentair warranty repairmen and one factory rep. I am at a loss. They all tell me they have no idea why these units fail after less than a year. This last IC 40 was installed 3/24/2010, version 2.0 and now failed in less than 5 months. Should I replace the power center that the IC 40 plugs into. Any other suggestions. I have been told that this is the best chlorinator. I don’t want to keep replacing units. By the way, each unit had been spotless inside. I keep the water chemicals and salt levels at ideal levels. The units have never worked long enough to get dirty inside. The power center is connected to an Intellitouch control system outside with an indoor control panel. Last time I called Pentair North Carolina and got some smart alec tech person that had no suggestions. Please Help if you can.
ANSWER : I’ve had the same experiance. On my fifth one as well. Fail every year. No idea why.

Trying to install a new fluro light, pull out old light to find 3 reds and 3 blacks 1 copper earth. What do I do to connect it up the right way??? When I pulled the old Fluro light out the 3 Reds were joined together with a connector ,two blacks were joined to one end of light wire, the other to the other end of the light wire, earth wire to the light case, the third black wire was connected to the wire from the ballast? Does this all make sense
ANSWER : No, this does not make sense but I have seen strange wiring before. There is power going from the light someplace else. Just connect it back up exactly as the old light was connected. It worked before so it will work again. If it works it is wired correctly. Without being there to check which wire was the hot wire and which was neutral it is impossible for me to say what is what. Make sure you connect the ground wire to the light chassis.

Hi, my tiger river spa does not heat. Filters are clean, jets work, no light installed. On ciruit board, green light for “Lim” , red light for heat, no other lights. Just bought house one month ago, no manuals.
Spa is a Bengal. Have noticed a symbol (can’t tell what it is) on the screen then most of screen goes blank with just the power light on. Is there a vacation mode or something like that?
Thanks for your help.
ANSWER : Spa’s are such that so many components can become faulty when left unattended to over a period of time. But most likely what your unit needs is just a regular service to clean up its systems and also ensure there are no leakages in the pipes. Bengal is a wonderful and durable product. The problem could range from low power supply to wires being eaten up by rats and other pests. Also it could be burnt out heaters thereby the inability to produce heat. The indicator on the screen could mean various things but the screen going blank usually would be caused by poor power supply. If you dont have the technical know how refer an expert to check it out and ensure the exact problem of the above mentioned is wrong with it before repairs can be carried out.Hope this solution has been helpful?

Pop-up camper lights all turn on when tow-vehicle lights are on
ANSWER : FIRST, make sure white wire of camper is grounded to the frame of tow-vehicle. Temporarily use a jumper-cable frame-to-frame. Then apply 12volts individually to each of the three circuits to the camper. Assuming a 4-wire flat connector — brown wire is for marker lamps; yellow is left brake/turn; green is right brake/turn

I have a wildwood le 25bhbs and the only towing lights working are my signal lights. can’t get running lights or brake lights to work. I saw where it looked like the towing harness may have been pinched. So I repaired that, but, they still do not work. Any ideas? Is there a fuse somewhere I need to check? Do I need to hook the trailer up to my trailer hitch before they will work? Is there a wiring diagram or repair manual somewhere I can get? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
ANSWER : There should be an inline fuse, check that first.
