Bowflex TreadClimber TC5000 | Bowflex. Dumbbells 5-52 lbs.
To locate the serial number on your TreadClimber, look underneath the left treadle. You will see it on the crossbar piece, next to the left upright. The serial number will be on a sticker and it will consist of a long series of numbers with several letters in the middle.
Now all TreadClimbers have been discontinued by Bowflex as they have transitioned to offering traditional treadmills and a new combination machine, the Max Trainer. The Max Trainer features a 2-in-1 design combining an elliptical and stair stepper.
The major difference between the Bowflex models is the type of resistance training you can do. With the Revolution model you have the ability to do exercises that mimic free-weights, and with the Xtreme 2 SE you can do more traditional pulley and cable exercises.
The first Bowflex TreadClimber, the TC 1000, was introduced in 2003. The most advanced TreadClimber now available is the TC 5500, which offers more console options and more stability than the original. Comfort: Bowflex TreadClimbers are designed to provide low-impact workouts.
Each manufacturer has their own identification system. But the first numbers usually indicate the year, and then month of manufacture. And the remaining numbers indicate the specific ID of that bike.
Bowflex treadmills 10, 25, 22, and 56 can be reset during errors by unplugging the treadmill for at least five minutes before plugging it back in. While the treadmill has factory reset and recovery buttons on the back of the console, the user manuals advise against customer use of this feature.
Treadmill – While both can be utilized for great walking workouts, the TreadClimber will limit any advancement on speed or progression of intensity. The TreadClimber will be a low impact long term workout solution for those who do not wish to run and do not want to increase overall intensity.
They are also often sold with a warranty, which also adds to the cost. Another reason Bowflex dumbbells are expensive is due to the brand reputation. Bowflex is a well-known and reputable brand in the fitness industry, and consumers are willing to pay a premium for the quality and convenience that the brand offers.
The TC200 takes cardio monitoring further with contact grips, a wireless monitor and chest strap, and a Heart Rate Zone Light Bar for visually tracking your pulse. Higher Speed: A small difference between the TC100 and TC200 is speed. Top speed for the TC100 is 4.0 mph. Top speed on the TC200 is 4.5 mph.
This model has been discontinued.
The TreadClimber series has been discontinued, but Bowflex still manufactures traditional treadmills. They also introduced a new combination machine, the Bowflex Max Trainer, a combination of a stepper and elliptical.

Bowflex Treadclimber rubs against housing.
ANSWER : Adjustment is needed. Remove rear covers and using a 9/16 wrench lossen the four bolts that secure treadle assembly to base. Place a 3/4 inch piece of plywood or a 3/8 inch socket extension in between the treadles in the front area. with that in place center them about an 1/8 in closer to the right upright as when you tighten the four bolt up the drive belt will place additional pressure and they should center perfect. tighten bolts…tight. remove wedge from between treadles and recalibrate unit. replace covers and enjoy. Use turtle wax on area rubbed to prevent rust.

How do I set up a dart board the correct way, with measurements etc? And where is the best place to put your dart board?
ANSWER : Id say the best place is where you have an open space to play, normally we have ours outside on the patio, but in winter we put it on the back of the hallway door, we use soft cork on the outsides of the board so when you throw miss, it lands in the cork, not the door. Have a look at this site:

Error code E5-5
ANSWER : I didn’t use mine for several years then just started again. It stopped after 15 minutes so I read the manual and used a silcone lubricant on/under the treads as recommended. That definitely helped and it was working again quite well for about a week or two. Now I get the error 5 again. Wondering if I needed to add MORE lubricant the first time so I am going to do it again tonight. Maybe it is the roller pully that needs the lubricant. Who knows. I just want it to work!! I am determined. 🙂
