In 1839, the Republic of Texas ordered 180 of the . 36-caliber Holster model revolvers for the Texas Navy, but most significant were the revolvers issued to the early Texas Rangers.

The Glock 19 has become the official sidearm of numerous special operations forces. Army Special Forces, Delta Force, Rangers, and even the CIA and FBI use it. The Navy SEALs call it the Mk27, the British call it the L131A1, the Marine Corps calls it the M007, but most everyone else calls it the Glock 19.
Anyone 18 years of age or older can now get a Texas license to carry a handgun. It will allow you to carry a handgun in public just like everyone else with a license. The Texas Department of Public Safety (DPS) lowered the minimum age to 18 for the Texas LTC.
Texas has no law restricting sales or purchases of multiple firearms.
People are generally authorized to openly carry long guns in Texas, although state law prohibits people from displaying a firearm in a public place in a “manner calculated to alarm.”
The AR-15 fires bullets at such a high velocity — often in a barrage of 30 or even 100 in rapid succession — that it can eviscerate multiple people in seconds. A single bullet lands with a shock wave intense enough to blow apart a skull and demolish vital organs.
Pistols. There are many different guns on the market but the pistol is the most common. A pistol is a type of handgun that can be best described as only needing one hand to fire it. Two hands are recommended to keep the firearm steady, however.
States With Highest Gun Ownership
The states with the highest gun ownership rates are Montana, Wyoming, West Virginia, Idaho, Alaska, South Dakota, Oklahoma, Mississippi, North Dakota, and Alabama. The state with the highest gun ownership rate is Montana, with a household firearm ownership rate of 65.7%.
General law enforcement at the state level known as Rangers is a type of law enforcement official only found in Texas. The Texas Rangers are at the top of the law enforcement pyramid in Texas and have a rich history, holding the title of the oldest law enforcement group in the country.
Only weapons issued by the department or approved by the Chief of Police will be carried or used while on-duty. The department currently issues the Glock 22 or 23 in 40 caliber as the standard duty firearm for officers.
Women were also commissioned as Special Rangers in the 1920s – 1940s, with one even commissioned to serve as a Mansion Guard at the governor`s mansion, a task often performed by Regular Rangers at that time. Today, two women serve in the active Ranger force in Company “D”in San Antonio and and Company “F” in Waco.
Despite the standardization of the M17/M18 across the military, Special Operations Command has elected to standardize the Glock 19 as its handgun of choice. From Navy SEALs to Green Berets, the Special Operations community overwhelmingly prefers the original Austrian design.
Beginning September 1, 2021, HB1927 made it legal in Texas for most people 21 or over to carry a handgun in a holster without a permit both openly and/or concealed. This law modified the previous open carry law from 2016 by eliminating the requirement to have a license to carry.
There`s an Obligation to Disclose
If you`re a Texas License to Carry holder, you`re required to inform the officer is you have a firearm on you. You can do this by presenting your license to carry as you hand the officer your driver`s license.
During the 2023 legislative session, which ends May 29, lawmakers have moved forward two gun-related bills to restrict a person from buying a gun for another person not allowed to have one and to include involuntary hospitalizations of juveniles in federal firearm background checks.
Normally, Texans must be at least 21 years old in order to get a license to carry a handgun (LTC). However, in 2021, HB 918 gave Texans aged 18-20 the ability to get an LTC if they are protected under certain types of protective orders or magistrate`s emergency protective orders.
People in Texas carrying a handgun that is partially or wholly visible must carry it in a holster. Before the law changed in 2021, people in Texas needed to have a license to openly carry a handgun and they needed to carry their handgun in a “shoulder or belt holster.” Now, a license is not required to carry openly.
Arms and firearms
A person 21 years of age or older may carry a handgun in a holster with or without a license in compliance with Texas State Law (Constitutional Carry). Handguns are not allowed in parks leased from the federal government, except by written authorization of the governing federal facility.
Texas has no law restricting untraceable firearms, also known as “ghost guns,” or undetectable firearms.
Texas has no law restricting assault weapons.

I have a tippmann custom pro with a cyclone feeder. I recently got the SAW stock to put on it and encountered some problems many times after I reassembled the gun. I took it apart at least 5 times before I thought it was fixed but now ive encountered another problem. I believe it has to do with the cyclone feeder not responding or something is out of line in the gun. When I picked up the gun to shoot, no paint came out so I took off the CO2 and the barrel and saw that the paintball was 1/3 inside the gun. I also have a problem when im shooting it sometimes does really fast burst. Thank you
ANSWER : Hi there. Tippmann markers are super tough to make sure that they are put back together properly. The stupid clamshell design plus all the little, under engineered parts make it difficult to get it back together properly, especially after installing a stock. I was in the paintball industry for 10 years but have been out of it for a little bit, but i was one of the founding members of Uprising Nation and was a gunsmith/ salesman for PaintballOnline.com / Xtremes. Now with that said…I even had trouble with the tippmann 98’s…and I can rebuild an autococker with my eyes closed but can sometimes be stumped by the tippy’s bad design. It is really tough to diagnose an issue on these guns without looking at it. You may have the ball detent backwards,l missing a pin, sometimes the after market stocks on those are a little too large on the outside diameter preventing the internals from properly seating. The cycloce system may be off due to the valves not meing properly aligned or the connecting rod not being in all the way. Many times though it is incorrect installation of the detent or the deternt gets damages. That little orange peice of **** flap is a mance. I would start there.
It may seem like i am bashing your gun. Im not… Once they are put together properly they work great. Just DONT TAKE THEM APART. lol. If you buy the parts at a local gun shop they will install them for free.

I bought a new mossberg 590 a1 shot gun a month ago, I love the gun but its having a couple of problems, the first problem is that when shooting every once in a while i get sprayed in the face with exuast from shooting through the safety very scary! any ideas whats causing this? how to fix it? second is that some times the fireing pin sticks and the gun will not discharge a round? the third problem is that i have had feeding issues with gun where it will not realice a gound from the tube, ive taken a tip of a knife to the stuck round in the tube and it prys out with little effort, these problems dont happen every time i go shooting, just every once in a while, but they a happening more and more, im conserned cause the gun is brand new, and i wanna be safe while shooting, can you guys help me? any ideas/solutions? please help!!!!!!!
ANSWER : Personally, with that many problems, I’d call Mossberg and get a return authorization. None of these things should be happening, especially with a new gun.

My gun just beeps when i pull the trigger even when hooked up to hpa.battery is new.last time i used the gun just before it messed up i had it hooked to o2 and it would fire then beep ,i have a anti syphon tube installed to. the air shot out the asa instead of the reg when i took off the tank.usually gun holds air with tank off then you shoot it to get rid of stored air,this time it shot out the asa????
ANSWER : You have probably messed up your solenoid, did you fire the marker straight up with the o2? I would make sure that all of the board settings are back to factory default especially the dwell and reattempt with compressed air. If the marker is still not firing get your hands on a new solenoid for it.

Do I have to take the gun apart to get the battery in the gun???
and also before i was done with the gun my brother put the paintballs in the hopper but for some reason they were falling out of the barrel. Did I do something wrong???

ANSWER : No, you didn’t do anything wrong… Paintballs come in a variety of sizes. That difference is very hard to see with the naked eye, but your barrel knows what fits and what doesn’t. Players have a choice in barrels and ID-internal dimensions, so the balls are various sizes as well. You will have to sample a few brands and see what works best for you.Good luck!
