Pulley system “off track” inside main frame of 2005 boflex revolution
ANSWER : I had same problem. I fixed it by taking plastic sides off using a long phillips head screwdriver. Jay, you don’t have to take the sides off to fix your problem. The sides come off only to untangle and rewind cables on pulleys. Pull the cables all the way out. Have a helper pull out and keep holding out the tension knob This is shown at the bottom of page nine in the manual. With someone holding the tension knob out turn the large pully located beneith the tension knob CLOCKWISE! I screwed mine up by turning it counter-clockwise. This winds the handle to the top and if you start with all the cable pulled off the pully, the cable should then wind itself nicely back onto the pully. Once the handle is all the way up, with the round ball on the cable jammed up against the pully, then and only then let go of the tension knob and let it fall back into place. If the handle falls down a few inches repeat this proceedure but push lower pully a bit harder and try to turn tension knob, while it is pulled out, in the opposite direction and it will then click into place one notch tighter and should hold the black ball on the cable firmly against the pulley. Bowflex Treadclimber rubs against housing.
ANSWER : Adjustment is needed. Remove rear covers and using a 9/16 wrench lossen the four bolts that secure treadle assembly to base. Place a 3/4 inch piece of plywood or a 3/8 inch socket extension in between the treadles in the front area. with that in place center them about an 1/8 in closer to the right upright as when you tighten the four bolt up the drive belt will place additional pressure and they should center perfect. tighten bolts…tight. remove wedge from between treadles and recalibrate unit. replace covers and enjoy. Use turtle wax on area rubbed to prevent rust.

I own a 1998, 25hp Mercury short shaft tiller outboard engine. It is on a 15′-10″ Mirrow Craft semi V aluminum flat bottom boat. When I am running it, the steering handle pulls to the left making the boat turn right. I have to concentrate on keeping the handle steady when the motor is at full throttle. If I would let up the tension with my arm the motor pulls the boat to the right. I need to balance the motor so it runs without steering tension. How do I adjust it?
ANSWER : You have a tiller tab on the foot of your outboard, It has a mark on it, and should be cocked to one side, take note of the mark, and turn it one way or another, just keep notes on what you do, then try it. See what happens, you should be able to compensate for the over steer by moving this tab. Hope this helps.

I have the Intex Sand/Pump pool filter Model SF 20110. It’s been running real great for the last 4 months. However recently it has been tripping the internal overloads and I have found the pump motor to be very hot when I put my hand against it. I have tried several different solutions, such as a level ground platform that was clear of any obstructions, made sure that the motor vents under the motor was clear of anything that would prevent air flow. I used a non electrical type of lubricate on the impeller. When I would turn on the pump the rotor would not turn but only would hum very loudly and then slowly begin to turn. I also noticed that the motor’s rotor shaft would not turn to freely due the tightness around the rotor’s shaft. After using the lubricate the shaft would turn a little easier. I used an amp meter on the incoming voltage line and the motor would run at 4.5 amp. And yet it still overheated and tripped the motor overloads. I can only think that the motor is still not getting enough ventilation. I have check and cleared all the incoming lines and found nothing block the pumps input or output lines. Any suggestion?
ANSWER : I just looking into this issue my self. The pump cools itself by a internal fan, which is run by the motor. Well I took the housing cover off to find out all the fan blades have broken off and were setting in the base of the pump. Once you remove the fan blades from covering the air intake, it might be fine. I will find out my self once summer gets here.

On my model 770 in 300 mag. new right out of the box, cleaned in and oiled it but the bolt action was still sticky and after firing a box and a half though it it still will not eject the spent casing and I have to turn the gun on it’s side and let it drop out on it’s own. I have even called Remington’s repair shop in Or. and they can’t guarantee it will work as he said it was nothing but a cheap rifle from Remington. I will be sending to Remington’s repair shop and if they can not repair it what rights do I have to get my money back? As I don’t feel that I should keep on having to pay for shipping all the time for there poorly made rifle.
ANSWER : I am not sure about that in your location, meaning laws depend and vary from location to location.
But with your problem I guess a simple look on the paper works or the invoices or something and trying to find the “fine prints” or statements regarding about return and exchange policies, or their warranty coverage. Should you find them and it states coverage “on your side”, well I may suggest you do have a right to claim a refund or a new stock, but if it states otherwise,and of course you have already signed the paper works, I think you may not be eligible for any refund or claim whatsoever.

ANSWER : Pull spark plugs and see if it will pull over if not fuel may have filled the crank case drain & refill to proper level (starter is stuck in lube shaft & movethe gear up & down by hand to free up)
