How to Identify and Resolve Common Issues ?

We offer a diverse range of insights on identifying and resolving common problems in sports. Our sources encompass academic articles, blog posts, and personal essays shared by seasoned athletes. :

This Premium Warm Lightweight Envelope Sleeping Bag is made from a durable rip-resistant outer shell with a warm 200 GSM insulated filling. It will keep you nice and warm in temperatures down to 15°C but has an extreme limit of -3°C meaning you are safe to use it in colder weather too.
5 Season (may also be called 4 Season Mountain) – Expedition quality sleeping bags for sleeping in snow and at temperatures from -10 down to -40°C.
The 3-season category is the Goldilocks temperature range for sleeping bags. We define 3-season bags as for temperatures between 15ºF to 29ºF degrees. This range is where most camping takes place.
For winter camping, there`s only one choice. Buy a high-quality goose down sleeping bag with a temperature rating of at least -20 degrees. For those winter camping in the Northern US or the mountains, get a -40 degree bag for both comfort and safety reasons.
Two-season sleeping bags are designed for slightly cooler nights in spring and summer, with a temperature range of 0 to +5°C (or approximately +30 to +40°F). They`re also suitable for milder autumn nights, or for people who sleep cold even in summer.
Stay Warm: The sleeping bag features 300GSM hollow fibre filling to keep you warm in temperatures down to -10°C.
This stands for grams per square metre, and it`s a measure of warmth. Sleeping bags with duck- or goose-down insulation are often referred to by their “down-fill power” ratings, with the average being between 400 and 500, rather than GSM.
So, for example, `one season` bags are designed for summer use, while `three season` bags can be used throughout spring, summer and autumn. `Four season` bags are designed for winter use.
After something a little warmer? With a 250gsm hollowfibre filling and Comfort Range of 0˚C to 10˚C, our Hooded Sleeping Bag is a perfect option.
In the shoulder seasons (spring to early summer/late summer to fall) a 15º F sleeping bag will usually be sufficient. For rare deep cold winter nights, an “expedition” level (–15º or –20º F) sleeping bag will keep you comfortable. Most of the time, a 0º degree sleeping bag will be the most comfortable choice.
3-season sleeping bags are intended for use in spring, summer and fall.
A +5 to +10 is considered a `summer` bag. It is roughly as warm as sleeping with a sheet or light blanket on your bed at home.
0.5 Tog – this is breathable and unlined. Suitable for Summer and room temperatures above 24 degrees. 1.0 Tog – suitable for Spring and Autumn and a room temperature of 18-24 degrees.
2.5 Tog is ideal for use all year round for temperatures anywhere between 16-20 degrees (61-68F) 1.0 Tog is recommended for warm summer temperatures between 21-23 degrees C (69-74F) Anything lower than 1 Tog is what you`ll need for when things really start to heat up, anywhere between 24-27 degrees C (75-81F)
Traditionally in the U.S., a sleeping bag`s rating indicates the lowest temperature at which the sack will keep the average sleeper warm (i.e., a 20°F bag should keep you comfortable down to 20°F).
What Is The Lowest Temperature Sleeping Bag? The lowest temperature sleeping bags available offer protection in -20- and -40-degrees Fahrenheit conditions. McMichael explains that while there is a huge difference between a 0-degree bag and a -20-degree bag, “the difference between -20 and -40 is not big at all.
300 to 400 GSM: Lightweight, thinner, coarser. 400 to 600 GSM: Medium to higher weight, soft and absorbent, good for bath or beach towels. 700 to 900 GSM: Highest, heavy weight, soft and absorbent, high-priced, a luxury towel.
Medium-weight fabrics have a GSM of 150 to 250 and are warmer than lightweight fabrics. Velvet, Chambray, Satin, and Cambric are all standard fabrics in this collection. Fabrics with 250+ GSM are considered heavy and the warmest fabric.

I just bought the Edge 705 with heart rate. I have done everything to get the display of heart rate to come up on the screen but nothing is working. I’ve tried wetting the sensor on the strap, standing 10M away and walking back up to 3M and closer. I can see a little heart rate symbol on the screen but it doesn’t display the actual heart rate.

I have a cut in the neck of my bob body opponent bag. its about 1 inch long right on his neck. how can i repair the cut?
ANSWER : Due to the material that is used, I’d get some fishing wire and sew the cut up. Stitch it normally, then go back over cross-stitching to get double the holding capacity. I’d then use some doctors tape, it’s very sticky and will keep the cut together. I know this sounds like doctors and nurses but it will work. Fishing wire isn’t going to snap, the only problem I can see is the bob body might hang its head slightly when you pull the stitching tight. Either way a cut to the neck will make him look hard as nails 🙂 Hope this helps. Your vote counts a lot. Thanks.
