Blockage in the condenser impedes the condensation of high-pressure refrigerant gas within the system. This blockage leads to gas build-up, prompting a high-pressure alarm.
a) The surface area of the condenser is too large. b) Low load on the evaporator. c) The inlet pressure is too low, as the evaporator in the liquid is not enough. d) The suction or discharge valve of the compressor may be leaking.
A common cause of low-pressure alarm in industrial chillers is system leakage of refrigerant, and if the leakage point happens to be located in the water tank or evaporator and other locations that will come into contact with water, it is likely to cause water in the refrigeration compression system, resulting in …
The alarm should be silenced as quickly as you can get to the bedside, but you should never turn your back on the patient, stresses Campbell. “Some ventilators now incorporate a two-minute silencer that allows time to look for potential problems, while a flashing light indicates the probable cause,” he adds.
High pressure alarm: This will sound when the pressure in the circuit has increased. It helps protect the lungs from high pressures delivered from the ventilator. Secretions, water in the tubing, or kinks in the tubing can cause high pressure. Suction the patient and look for other sources.
Short cycling, caused by many conditions — low head pressures, low refrigerant charge, improper differential setting of the low-pressure control, or leaking of the liquid solenoid valve – can cause the oil control to trip.
Impurities can infiltrate the system during the chiller assembly process or over time, and excessive buildup can clog the filter, restricting the refrigerant passage and return air, resulting in a low-pressure fault.
A vital safety feature in industrial chillers is the flow safety thermostat. These devices detect adverse changes in temperature within the refrigerant circuit. When unfavorable thermal conditions arise within the chiller`s refrigeration unit, the flow safety sensor will detect it and cut off the coolant circulation.
We can assume that 1234 is chosen most often because it`s easy to remember.
Chiller lockout can restrict the chiller(s) to trigger if there is a false or low cooling demand from the VAVs which often results in energy waste and chiller short cycling. This technique depends upon increasing or decreasing the lockout temperatures.
Restart inhibit is a function which prevents a machine from starting up automatically after it has been switched on. The machine can only be enabled by activating an acknowledgement key. Any questions? Contact us!
Some causes for high pressure alarms are:

Water in the ventilator circuit. Increased or thicker mucus or other secretions blocking the airway (caused by not enough humidity) Bronchospasm. Coughing, gagging, or “fighting” the ventilator breath.

On weather maps, these readings are represented as a blue “H” for high pressure or a red “L” for low pressure.
High head pressure can be caused by dirty condenser coils, a faulty condenser fan, too much refrigerant or perhaps some other heat source near the compressor such as a dryer vent. An electrical problem outside of the A/C also may cause a compressor to overheat, such as voltage issues or spikes in power.
If you are finding that the switch is tripping the cut-in pressure is most likely too close to the tank pre-charge. A difference of a minimum of 2-5 PSI is required to ensure the switch won`t trip. For example, if the switch cut-in is 40 PSI then the tank pre-charge should be 35-38 PSI maximum.
Locate the high pressure switch near the compressor (a cylindrical device piped into the refrigeration system with two wires a red button on the top). Push in the button to reset. Push the rocker switch to restart the unit.
The AC pressure switch is responsible for turning the system on and off in response to changes in pressure. If the switch is malfunctioning, it can cause the system to stay on when it should be off or vice versa. This can lead to a buildup of heat inside the unit, which will eventually blow into the room as warm air.
Areas of high and low pressure are caused by ascending and descending air. As air warms it ascends, leading to low pressure at the surface. As air cools it descends, leading to high pressure at the surface.
Low pressure chillers are quieter and trane chillers are hermetic(no shaft seals to leak)although burnouts are a problem if they happen. High pressure chillers are more efficient at part load but are noisy. It just depends on what the customer wants in the end and how much they want to spend.
Raw operating data, which include eleven sensors, compressor frequency Cs and electron expansion valve Eev, are provided by the air-cooled chiller system. In this system, temperature is measured using PT-100, whose average error is around 0.3 ◦C.
The most basic method of capacity control is compressor cycling. The chiller`s compressor drives the refrigeration cycle, which provides the system with cooling. A compressor is either on or off and runs at 100% speed whenever it is on. Cycling the compressor stops the cooling in the chiller.
The CVV2 (Card Verification Value 2) is a 3-digit security code that is printed on the back of your card, at the end of the signature panel. CVV2 is generally used for transactions when the card is not physically presented, such as in online purchases.
What Does “Code 4” Actually Mean? – Code 4 Security Services. “Code 4” means everything is under control or the scene is safe.
Water cooled screw chillers work by chilling water with coils similar to those used in air conditioning units to cool the air. The cold water then runs through the coils that are located inside the cold storage tank where they absorb heat from the food products and condense it into cold water again.

Crosman Pumpmaster 760
ANSWER : Hi I had the same problem and I fixed it by just simply pumping the gun at a faster rate. For some reason when I pumped it slowly air would leak out and no pressure would build up similar to your problem, but when I started to pump it rapidly pressure would build up. Though this little fix works I might just exchange mine because I don’t think the gun should have this problem.

I want to adjust the trigger pull on my Remington Model Five. i want to shoot benchrest 22 and i want to have the pull as easy and smooth as i can.
ANSWER : Here is a link to the detailed disassembly instructions for the Remington Model 5 rifle included exploded view parts diagrams:

In order to smooth out the trigger pull, you would have to gently stone and polish the trigger / firing pin contact point without altering their engagement angles.

Here is a link to a short video showing a technician stoning / polishing the trigger contact point on a hand gun. This is merely to demonstrate the polishing process and how little stoning is required to make a difference.

Good luck.

Joe.
