Although the sensor technology may differ, all 3-wire sensors are wired the same way. A three-wire sensor has 3 wires present: two power wires and one load wire. The power wires will connect to a power supply and the remaining wire to some type of load. The load is a device that is being controlled by the sensor.
When the engine stops running, oil pressure drops, the oil pressure switch opens, and the relay de-energizes. This provides automatic fuel pump shutdown after a crash or engine failure and prevents the fuel pump from running if the ignition remains on.
Low oil pressure has caused your engine to run out of fuel, dropping the RPMs and causing a misfire.

OIl in airintake line.
ANSWER : Not a pro with rhinos but sounds like you got oil from crank case. like if you have a seal broken, hope not but my car had same problem and I had a cracked gasket. good luck. you can check the oil to see if it looks milky

Im getting oil back pressure from the dip stick , have fitted new pistons and one liner replaced sounds great apart from this oil back pressure ,please some body give me some sound pointers

Does the John Deere series 100 lawn tractor have some sort of safety feature that shuts the engine off if it gets dangerously low on oil? I was cutting grass this morning and the engine sputtered and quit. I got off the tractor and noticed that the oil drain line plug was open and dripping oil. Have I ruined my engine or can I refill it with oil and continue on?
ANSWER : Not sure on this specific mower, but oil is usually there to lubricate and keep the temp down. When theres none in it, it gets hot and melts the pistons. Sounds bad to me

I want to change the oil in my yamaha big bear atv, early 90s. what type of oil do I need to use and is there anything else that goes along with the oil change-?filter
ANSWER : HELLO; Yes you will need a filter located lower left side behind the peg ,you’ll see a cover thats about an inch and a half wide with three allen head bolts, pull out the filter and when you replace it make sure the hole is towards the engine. Now about oil there are several ideas on this so heres my ( 2 cents ) I repair quads and have for several years,you have a quad that has a wet clutch if it is an older one and semi automatic so you don’t want to use syn. oil as this will wear out your clutch sooner, I would recomend, yamalube,it will cost up to $5.00 a qt. but you only need two and a quarter qts. to fill your quad. GOOD LUCK, and remember you must be fast, because I was haulin *** when I passed you!

My polaris (Sportsman 700 2002) consumes about 1 litre of oil for every 200 miles. I replace the oil dipstick tube going into the engine,, because ther was a crack at the base, but it wasn’t the only problem obviously. The thing is, that normally when an engine burns oil, you can see smoke in the eshast fumes, but there doen’t seem to be any smoke. everything else goes fine. What’s the next step, because I live in Kuujjuaq situated in the Nunavik(Tip of norhern Québec) and ther are no qualified mehanics in this town, so I need some to guide me to the next step…
ANSWER : I had that problem some time ago and could not find any leak or there was no smoke. What we found was when I put the car up on the hoist there was a leak under neath the engine. Not enough to run out but when the car was driven it would throw the oil out underneath the car. I forget what one but I think the oil drain gasket was leaking. just enough leak to make the oil disappear. Put it on the hoist and see if your engine area is wet with oil.and pin point the area.
