Hi mate disconnect the cut out switch and try kicking it over if still no spark check connections are pushed together propally there buggers sometimes and push the plug to the cdi in also consider replacing spark plug and try the coil on a different bike and see if it works goood luck

If you are having a no-spark problem, a good place to start after ruling out shorts, grounds, switches and spark plugs, is the ignition coil, spark plug caps and wires. The plug wire runs from the ignition coil to the plug cap. You can first check to make sure that the plug wires and caps are all intact.
Clogged Fuel Injectors
If the car cranks when you turn the key, but the engine won`t start, it could be because fuel isn`t getting to the engine. One potential reason for this could be dirty fuel injectors. Over time, the fuel injector nozzles can become clogged with rust, corrosion or debris.
If you see a good spark at the coil, but not at the spark plug, then the problem may be caused by either a bad distributor cap, rotor, or carbon point and/or spring, or plug wires. Look down in the spark plug tube. If you see the spark going to the tube, the boot is bad.
The short answer is, the CDI box controls your motorcycle`s ignition system—arguably one of the most essential systems on the bike. After all, if it doesn`t start correctly, your bike isn`t going anywhere.
Spark issues are the most common symptoms of failing stators, known as “Misfiring.” If you haven`t already known, stators are directly responsible for producing the required spark for your spark plug. Once they malfunction, the motorbike will receive insufficient – or worse, zero – sparks.
If you do not see a spark, there is an ignition problem. Remove a plug wire and insert an old spark plug or a spark plug tester into the end of the wire (the plug boot). Place the spark plug on a metal surface on the engine, or ground the spark plug tester to the engine. Then crank the engine to check for a spark.
If the ignition relay shorts, burns out, or otherwise fails while the engine is operating it will cut off power to the fuel pump and ignition system. This will cause the vehicle to immediately stall due to fuel and spark being cut off.

Place the black multimeter lead on one of the terminals on the CDI box. Touch the red multimeter lead to each of the other terminals on the CDI box, one at a time. If the multimeter reading changes when you touch the red lead to different terminals, then the CDI box is functioning properly.

When a stator fails, it is largely due to the degradation or aging of its insulation through external occurrences and materials being introduced into its system.
A bad rectifier ( inside the alternator) can short out one winding group of the stator, hence it will burn out.

To test your CDI box, you disconnect it from your bike, use the positive and negative leads of your multimeter to check for continuity, and listen for a beeping sound which signals that it is faulty.
