Tetherball is a game where two players use their hands to strike a volleyball which is suspended from a stationary metal pole by a rope or tether. The two players stand on opposite sides of the pole, and each tries to hit the ball one way; one clockwise, and one counterclockwise.
Court: The standard tetherball court consists of a 12-foot radius circle with the tetherball system placed in the center of the circle. The circle is divided into two equal halves with a line separating the two halves. Each player will play in one half of the circle.
While playing with this equipment, there was a high risk of the ball smashing your face or breaking your hands or fingers because of hitting the pole instead of the ball. Due to the number of complaints and restrictions, this equipment became extinct on most playgrounds.
Tetherball is a sport played between two individuals with the use of a stationary pole and a ball tethered to the top of the pole using a rope. Various types of balls can be tethered from the pole. In the case of tennis balls, the game is called Swingball or Totem Tennis.
Pickleball is an indoor or outdoor racket/paddle sport in which two players (singles), or four players (doubles), hit a perforated hollow plastic ball over a 34-inch-high (0.86 m) net in the middle using solid-faced paddles.
billiards, any of various games played on a rectangular table with a designated number of small balls and a long stick called a cue.
Basic Rules of Tetherball

The playing circle is 20-foot, with each player assigned to one-half of the circle. The game is over when one player wraps the tetherball all the way around the pole to the point that there is no more rope to wrap.

Fun for children ages 2 and up. This popular schoolyard game gets kids active while helping them build hand-eye coordination. This game is for two opposing players.
Avoid touching the rope or pole.

This is why touching the rope is considered an illegal move. Touching the tetherball pole is also illegal and will result in the immediate loss of the game for the player who touched it. A common house rule allows players to hold the rope where it meets the ball only when serving.

Tetherball is played with two players standing opposite each other in a circular court. There is a ball attached by rope or chain to a pole in the center of the circle.
Use the rope to swing to the pole, then climb up the pole and grab the red rope attached to the top of the cylinder. Rotate the rope around the cylinder in a counter-clockwise direction at least twice before dismounting to the landing platform.
TETHERBALL RULES

One player stands in each court. The server starts the game by hitting the ball out of his hand. His/her opponent may strike the ball at any time it passes him/her; they must try to hit the ball.

One theory is that tetherball was invented by one group of people near Russia in the ninth century. These people captured their enemies and attached them with a rope to a pole and beat them around with sticks. Nowadays, the game is played with two people on playgrounds and in gym classes.
It is a great way to improve physical fitness, coordination, and overall well-being. Some of the most notable health benefits of tetherball include: Cardiovascular fitness: Tetherball is a highly aerobic sport that requires players to run, jump, and move around quickly.
Encouraging friendly competition and gamesmanship, tetherball is ideal for teaching young children how to play together nicely and developing hand-eye coordination skills. Young athletes can compete by quickly hitting the suspended ball toward their opponent in an attempt to wind the ball completely around the pole.
Champion Sports Tether Tennis is just like tetherball but with a tennis ball on the end of the rope, using rackets instead of your hands.
One person will begin with the ball, while the person to their left has a pan with two dice in it. Once the game begins, the person with the ball puts on oven mitts and tries to unwrap as much as they can, while the person to the left tries to roll doubles. When that person rolls doubles, it`s their turn.
The kendama (けん玉, “sword [and] ball”) is a traditional Japanese skill toy. It consists of a handle (ken), a pair of cups (sarado), and a ball (tama) that are all connected together by a string.
One thing that many Olympic sports share in common? There are 17 different sports that use balls or spheres of some sort, ranging in size and weight.
Cricket. Modern cricket started using a white ball for better visibility in one-day games in the 1992 World Cup, but for at least a couple of decades from the 1740s, the sport used white leather balls.
Designate an area with a 16 – 20` diameter for play. 2. Dig a hole in the center of the court area 1` deep and 18-24” in diameter. The pole base should protrude up to ½” above the surface.
Pole Height: 12 ft. Pole Material: Galvanized steel. Pole Width: 2.38 in. Telescopic Poles: No.
A tetherball is swinging in a horizontal circle around a pole attached with a 1.2 m long massless rope. It makes an angle of 40 degrees with the pole. With what velocity is the ball moving?

They told me I needed the wire diagram and the part involved in bypassing the safety switch. Hope this is all the information you need to help me.

Thank you. Roger Fielitz

ANSWER : Here is owner manual:http://apache.ariens.com/manuals/030305C.pdfusually the switch is behind the ignition, sometimes at the N position of gearshift, just look for a switch with one wire coming in & one going out (usually the same color); disconnect the two wires & jumper them together to bypass the switch. Looks like yours has one under the seat.
