You can fix this by cleaning out the chamber and making sure that all the internals are properly lubricated. Paintball guns may also fail to recock when there is inadequate pressure on the hammer. You can increase the tension on the hammer.

Paintballs are perishable and get worse over time. Normally, they have an average shelf life of three to six months however they can last much longer if stored properly. Two things that you must take care of when storing your paintballs are humidity and temperature and there is a whole science behind this.
While playing in the rain, it is also important to protect your paintballs and equipment. Paintballs can turn squishy with just a single drop of water and water can ruin the interworking of a marker. If you bring your own paintball gun, you can wrap tape around the grip frame of your marker.
If both the feeding and ignition procedures are automatically cycled, the weapon will be considered “fully automatic” and will fire continuously as long as the trigger is kept depressed and the ammunition feeding (either from a magazine or a belt) remains available.
As a true fully automatic pistol the G18 is one of the most specialized GLOCK pistols. With an external fire selector at the rear of the slide you can switch from semi-automatic to full-automatic firing mode.
If you are looking to rain increased firepower down on your enemies, then a fully automatic paintball gun is an excellent choice. Here are some of our favorite fully automatic paintball guns that are guaranteed to blow your opponents away.

The M134 Minigun is an American 7.62×51mm NATO six-barrel rotary machine gun with a high rate of fire (2,000 to 6,000 rounds per minute).
The answer is individual to the player, but in most cases 500 rounds should last 2.5 to 4 hours.
The timing depends on how many paintballs you purchase, for example, 150 paintballs will last about an hour. 300 paintballs, about 2 hours (the average) and 500 paintballs is approximately 3 hours.

` – paintballs are water-soluble, non-toxic and will wash out of your clothing on a normal wash cycle. Paint on your hair or skin will also wash out easily in a shower, and the paint is hypoallergenic, so there should be no adverse reactions from taking a hit, other than a mark if you get one directly on your skin.
CO2 (Carbon Dioxide) was the first propellant used in paintball and set the standard for many years. For paintball purposes we use it in two types of vessels, 12 Gram Cartridges (used in paintball pistols such as the Tiberius and Miltec and stockclass pump markers like the Phantom) and refillable CO2 Tanks.
If a paintball hits you and BREAKS, you are out of the game. All hits count, including gun hits. If a paintball hits you and bounces off, you are a clean player, play on. If you called “OUT”, then realized the paintball bounced, you are still out.
Paintball is a lot of moving, kneeling, crawling, standing and running! Once you get the gun in your hands you won`t even notice how much hard work you are doing until after the day! Most people will be sore from the actual moving during the game rather than the paintball marks. Drink plenty of fluids and go hard!
Carbon dioxide is more accessible than compressed air tanks and can be found at several retailers already pre-filled. Another factor players consider when choosing tanks with co2 or compressed air for paintball is their skill level. The carbon dioxide tanks are generally preferred and work best with beginning players.

But even though airsoft pellets reach a speed of almost double paintballs, in general, paintballs will hurt more. This is because they`re much larger, which means they carry more energy when they`re hurtling towards someone!
The 1986 Hughes Amendment to the Firearms Owners Protection Act makes it illegal to purchase or own a newly manufactured fully automatic weapon. Such firearms are only allowed for use by military or law enforcement units and new weapons can only be procured through authorized manufacturers for those units.
If a gun has more mass, meaning heavier, then that amount of momentum is going to result in less acceleration or movement in the gun: meaning, less recoil or “kick.” In short, a larger handgun will generally have less felt recoil.

98 Custom Act Paintball Gun: i have just brought a 98 tippmann custom and it ha…
ANSWER : Basically speaking, air is air. Now it’s the pressure that’s the concern. co2 bottles use a regular valve that has a pin in it and opens to allow the gas through. High Pressure Air – HPA is the same concept but since the pressure with co2 is built up by expanding gas, HPA has to do it with pressure only. So the tank is pressurized a LOT higher than co2, but there’s a regulator on the tank valve to bring the working pressure into the marker to the proper level. So yes, you can use “air”, but you need to make sure it has the right output for your marker. (i.e. not a low pressure HPA valve.). You’ll have the same problem though, getting someone to fill the bottle. Check with your local airsmith and paintball fields and stores. If they have co2 they would have HPA, but some do only deal with HPA since it’s “easier” in some cases. You may have to check around. Sometimes hardware stores have a small section in back, or you can check with the paintball places around to see if anyone in your area is equipped. Some teams have their own tanks, especially if there’s not a place to get fills locally. There’s also online communities like Brigade and various paintball sites where you can check around for other players. Someone may have a co2 fill tank, a scuba tank for HPA, or a group that gets tanks together to make a run and get them filled somewhere.Good luck!

Play hard, play safe, play with honor!

I just bought a new tippmann 98 custom act platinum edition and it doesnt seem to be firing right. i upgrades the rear bolt and trigger and after a few shots the bolt lock in the firing position. if i pull the trigger forward there is a click and then it will fire, but imediatly lock up again
ANSWER : I would look in to the bolt and check that it moves freely, also check that is properly lubed, and finally that your upgrade bolt does not need a different spring. I would also check the batteries on the grip if it is an E-trigger.
