HI preety_p_pat,It seems that it’s time for the belt replacement , and / or lubrication of the belt , it has not been lubricated well. Also if the tension setting has been has been changed by use then you need to reset it as per your convenience. You can do this by adjusting the tension on the belt by using the screws of the front and the rear rollers to get the proper tension on the belt till the treadmill works fine even at high speed. After this works you need to lubricate the treadmill belt by a treadmill belt lubricant available in the market to increase it’s life.Hope this helps …:)

How to Identify and Resolve Common Issues ?

We offer a diverse range of insights on identifying and resolving common problems in sports. Our sources encompass academic articles, blog posts, and personal essays shared by seasoned athletes. :

Check the drive belt for proper alignment. With the cover still off, check over the wire and cable connections, as they may have become loose or disconnected during shipping or assembly. Make sure connections are secure and no wires are crimped, damaged, disconnected or burnt.
Once the treadmill belt is loosened, lift it up slightly and put your hand under it. If the inner surface is dry, with no apparent coating of oil, it`s time to lubricate. On the other hand, if you remove your hand to discover it has some oil on it, there`s no need to lubricate.
To check if your belt is too tight or too loose, you need to lift it up by the sides at the center of the frame. You should be able to lift the belt by approximately 2 or 3 inches. If not, the belt is too tight. If it lifts up considerably more than that mark, then your belt is too loose.
Yes; it is essential you lubricate the running deck of your treadmill periodically to reduce strain on the motor. Your treadmill will have been supplied with a bottle of Silicone oil lubricant.
You`ll need to purchase 100-percent silicone lubricants. Non-silicone lubricants such as WD40 contain additives that could potentially damage the belt. Fasulo advises getting a bottle with an extendable nozzle, such as Spot On Treadmill Lubricant or Godora Treadmill Lubricant.
Proper belt lubrication will help keep you treadmill in optimum condition and reduce needed repairs over time. We recommend you lubricate your treadmill once every three month using one ounce of lube per each application.
Can I overlubricate my treadmill? Yes, you most certainly can! Start small, you can always add more. Overlubrication can cause a number of issues. First, the excess lube will be flung out from under your belt at high speeds, your carpet, walls, and anything surrounding your machine could become soaked with silicone.
Treadmill Maintenance

A dry deck is the most common problem to controller and drive motor damage and failure. LUBRICANT-NEVER use WD40, 3 In One Oil, Vaseline or any non approved treadmill belt lubricant. For best results use manufacture recommended lubricant.

LIQUID WRENCH Silicone Spray Lubricant can provide a super slippery coating for plastic surfaces like treadmill decks. We only recommending using silicone spray after contacting the manufacturer and confirming that your specific model can use a general purpose silicone lubricant.
Correct belt tension is critical to performence, and resist the urge to overtighten the tension bolts, the opposite problem to the common” loose belt. Overtightening can cause the walking belt to stretch prematurely, or worse, cause excessive friction coefficient similar to a belt and deck that goes unlubricated.
Belt size: For running, the belt should be at least 48 inches long and 18 inches wide. If you are over 6 feet tall, you would need at least a 52-inch belt for walking and a 54-inch belt for running. Control panel: It should be within reach and simple to use.

ANSWER : Yes. Replace the speed sensor. In the unlikely event that the problem still is not solved replace the circuit board. J.

I have an 8100 ES Reebok treadmill. There is a squeaking noise coming from the drive motor. It is coming from the non-belt side (if facing the front of the treadmill, the left of the drive motor. When the treadmill is turned off, I can manually move the walking belt in the walking / running direction and it will squeak. If I move it in the opposite direction, manually it does not squeak. Also, if I need to lubricate the bearings can you tell me how to get to them to do this. The motor has plenty of power and no other problems, only squeaking. I have sprayed a belt lubricant on the belt and also blown it all out with a can of compressed air (used for computer key boards).
ANSWER : Hi.the bearings in these machines should be lubricated and sealed for life. they are not designed to be touched. it sounds like you have done the important bits. belt lubrication and blowing out any debris that may be there. squeaks like this can be incredibly difficult to find, but can also be incredibly annoying.the main things that you can do is keep watching to try and find exactly where the squeak is coming from and check for anything wrapped around the edge of the roller.keep using the belt spray, and the compessed air.a good grade silicone lubricating spray used at the edges of the rollers, by the bearings and around the motor and gearbox unit may also help but do not get this spray on the belt as it can be very slippery.squeaks like this can start and stop on their own or develop slowly and go just as slowly.keep doing the maintenance you are doing, and use the silicone spray as described above.it may take a little while for the spray to work its way into the bearings as they are fairly well sealed but you should notice an improvement after a few days.please feel free to ask for further advice if you need

I-run treadmill belt does not run
ANSWER : Maybe check the troubleshooting section of your manual. If you don t have one, check here.

The Walking Belt keeps staying close to the right side
ANSWER : Speed the belt up to around 4mph while adjusting the belt. you will see it centre very quickly. once centered leave it to run for a couple of minutes to see if it stays central.

I have a 99 yamaha f100 four stroke outboard. Problem I have is boat will acclereate fine get up on plane and after running for about a mob at wot will decell and only run around 4500 rpm. ANSWER : I have exactly the same problem with my Yamaha F100, have you got any solutions yet?

I have a 1987 mercury 9.9 outboard drive problems
ANSWER : The inside of the prop has a rubber between the prop itself and the inside splines to act as a shock absorber, say if you were to hit a rock. that rubber had spun out and the splines are turning inside the prop. the prop is screwed. seen it 100 times before.

I have purchased three 750-watt power inverters in the last three weeks. They have all failed to work on the second or third use. The first two were the same brand. I replaced an old one that ran for several years. I am using it to run a 4.7 amp 120-volt vacuum cleaner motor that pumps up my air dock. I have it connected directly with marine cable to one of the boat batteries. The battery outputs about 12.8 volts DC. The fuses don?t blow, just No Output. I am using a three-wire 120-volt extension cord and am, wired neutral, hot and ground to the AC motor vial an on/off switch. The motor works fine when I run house power with an extension cord from the dock next to me. Could I be, just unlucky with new inverters and need to buy a forth one?
ANSWER : The problem may be that the inverter is undersized for the load. Is the 4.7 Amp rating the motor peak draw or the nominal one. What I mean is that it takes many times more power to start start the motor than when the motor is running. Typically it is 3 to 7 times more amps to start the motor than when it is running. It could be that starting the vacumm cleaner is stressing the inverter and it is causing it to fail prematurely. If you can find out the locked rotor current draw of the motor, the that would be the mininum size of the inverter.

Also, the type of inverter will make a difference on how the motor operates. A modified sine wave will make the motor run hotter than a pure sine wave inverter. Hope this helps.
