The first step in resolving any issues with your Polar H10 heart rate sensor is to check the battery. Make sure the battery is charged or replace it if necessary. If the battery is not the issue, then it`s time to reset your Polar H10. This can be done by removing the battery and reinserting it.
You can check the battery level status from Polar Beat, the mobile training app. Go to Settings > HR sensor to see the status. The battery (CR 2025) can last up to 400 hours with daily one hour heart rate training sessions.
The FT7 is new to the Polar line of training watches and costs a mere $119.
While the FT7 is water resistant, and can be worn while swimming, pressing the buttons underwater is not recommended.
An implantable loop recorder is a very small device that continuously monitors the heartbeat. It stays in place under the skin of the chest for up to three years.
Figure out how important battery life is to you and how often you want to charge or replace it. Some chest strap heart-rate monitor batteries can last over a year, while others can last around 500 hours. This will vary per device and how often you use it.

There are four main reasons why your Apple Watch won`t force restart. The first is that it has frozen, and is therefore completely unresponsive. The next is that it is in Power Reserve mode. It could be that it has run out of battery life and isn`t charging.
Depending on the model of your Polar device you can either change the battery yourself or you need to have it changed by a Polar Central Service that only uses Polar-approved components. With every battery change, Polar performs a full periodic and water resistance check.
Polar Unite has an internal, rechargeable battery. The battery operating time is: Up to 50 hours in training mode with wrist-based heart rate and connected GPS, or. Up to 4 days in watch mode with continuous heart rate tracking.
It does not have Bluetooth so it would not sync with your smartphone unless you buy one that states that it`s Bluetooth, such as the Bluetooth H7 Polar Smart Heart Rate Sensor.
The Polar H1 and H7 Heart Rate Sensors take one CR2025, which is a 3-volt lithium coin cell battery. Note: The Polar H1 Heart Rate Sensor was previously called the Polar Wearlink chest belt.

I have the Intex Sand/Pump pool filter Model SF 20110. It’s been running real great for the last 4 months. However recently it has been tripping the internal overloads and I have found the pump motor to be very hot when I put my hand against it. I have tried several different solutions, such as a level ground platform that was clear of any obstructions, made sure that the motor vents under the motor was clear of anything that would prevent air flow. I used a non electrical type of lubricate on the impeller. When I would turn on the pump the rotor would not turn but only would hum very loudly and then slowly begin to turn. I also noticed that the motor’s rotor shaft would not turn to freely due the tightness around the rotor’s shaft. After using the lubricate the shaft would turn a little easier. I used an amp meter on the incoming voltage line and the motor would run at 4.5 amp. And yet it still overheated and tripped the motor overloads. I can only think that the motor is still not getting enough ventilation. I have check and cleared all the incoming lines and found nothing block the pumps input or output lines. Any suggestion?
ANSWER : I just looking into this issue my self. The pump cools itself by a internal fan, which is run by the motor. Well I took the housing cover off to find out all the fan blades have broken off and were setting in the base of the pump. Once you remove the fan blades from covering the air intake, it might be fine. I will find out my self once summer gets here.

I have a multifunction sports watch that i bought from Big W, (no brand name)

By accident i set the watch to 24 hour time, originally it was set to 12 hour time, how do i set it back? ive tried every button combo including the button combo i used when i accidently set it on 24 hour time, the instructions only say how to set the time and date, it doesnt say how to toggle between 12 hour and 24 hour time, is there a generic way to toggle it on sparts watches? btw, holding the mode button in does nothing on my watch, no matter how long i hold it in for

ANSWER : Hi. How may buttons do you have, 3 or 4 buttons?if you have the 4 buttons, try this:You need to go through the time and date settings again. The 24 and 12hr format select is at the end of time/date adjustment. To set the time and date:-press the top-left button then right-top button to set the seconds, press bottom-left button to set hour then press top-right button to adjust hour, press bottom-left button to set the minute then press top-right button to adjust minute. To set date, press the bottom-left button then press top-right button to adjust month, press bottom-left button then top-right button to adjust day and finally press bottom-left button to set the time format then press top-right button to select 12hour format. Press top-left button when done.Since you have a generic sports watch, it is hard to write specific instructions to set the time format. If your watch has different ways of setting the time, just remember that the 12/24hour format is usually at the end of time and date adjustment.Let me know if you have questions. Good luck.

I have a Husqvarna LZ6127 zero turn mower, works hard on 50 acre farm, I was mowing last evening and it developed a nasty sounding rattle from the underside, I shut off the deck and noticed sparks from underside along pump belt, I lifted it today and the idler looks ok, I tried to start it while it was lifted and it turned a few times and then just clicked, starter won’t turn the engine over now, should I suspect the clutch?
ANSWER : This machine has a electro magnetic clutch, bolted to the end of the crankshaft, if the bearing in the centre has seized it would explain why the engine will not now crank, it relys on the crank turning on the bearing when the blade are not engaged, unfortunatley the clutch is non servicable, it is is part no. 539105406, check also the anti rotation bracket is still in place and fractured, this stops the clutch outer from spining with the centre, the clutch is just bolted on the end of the crank, remove the belt, you will have to loosen it by taking it off one of the blade pulleys, remove the 5/8 bolt, dissconnect the wiring connector, and pull the clutch off the end of the crank, if the bearing in the centre is solid, it will require a new clutch, be aware they can be expensive!.

I have a Kohler Condidant 5 Generator that will run as long as you hold the start button in. It dies when you let off. I have a harness for the remote switch but no switch – It also will start the generator when you cross the red and black wire and run as long as you hold them together. There are 3 wires to the main switch and 5 to the remote switch. Does the starter stay engaged the whole time you hold the start switch or does the computer release the starter once it is running? The Generator is producing electricity because I tested it while holding the start button. Some where is a wire that shold tell it to keep running. I have read online many descriptions of the same problem, most are told the board is bad so they replace it and still have the problem. Have not found a solution. Talked to a marine machanic today and he said he fixed his friends generator doing the same thing by running a bypass wire but he couldnt remember exactly what he did it was a long time ago. Can anyone help me. Thank you
ANSWER : The problem is either the ballast resistor or the starter bypass relay. The bypass relay should be part of the starter solenoid. I’m afraid I can’t tell you exactly where the ballast resistor is located. It should be a physically fairly large resistor made of ceramic. It should be retangular roughly 1.5″-3″ long and 3/8″-1/2″ accross with a wire on each end. It could also be a coil of wire mounted on a phenolic board.
If you need more help just add a comment and I’ll respond as soon as I get the message.
