The Device is Locked Up or Frozen
A device not responding can be recovered by attempting the following steps. For devices with a physical button, press and hold the power button until the watch powers off (hold up to 30 seconds). Release the power button. Press the power button again to turn the watch back on.
Ensure your cable is not damaged and the charging pins are free of debris, corrosion, and are all at the same height. Replace the cable if necessary.
