Hi. Lycoming Mandatory Service Bulletin 359 relates only to Lycoming O-235 F and O-235 G engines. These engines have a different power rating than the more common O-235 L engines.

The service Bulletin requires the owner/operator to replace the normal Champion REM38E Spark plugs because they are too HOT for the engine and may cause detonation (pre-ignition) which will seriously damage the engine. The Bulletin recommends replacement of the REM38E plugs with AC-86 Spark Plugs which must be gapped between .018 inches and .022 inches.

My Aqualink RS4 is 14 years old. The spa has spontaneously started to completely`empty into the attatched swimming pool and then fills back up again. It does this 2 or 3 times daily. I have called my pool service but service is so backed up they will not get to me for 3 days. Do I need to do anything in the meantime?.
ANSWER : You have a valve that is faulty or not completely closed. I lean toward the not completely closed. If your spa and pool share a filter and/or heater, review all valve settings and positions. I suspect you will find there is one that is partially open.

ANSWER : There is no customer service for it in any country. The Bladefish is no longer made and has been replaced by a more modular model that is more easily repaired. Sorry for the bad news.
