How to Identify and Resolve Common Issues ?

Press and hold the reset button on the left side of the unit under the display. Depressions longer than 1.5 seconds will delete all information about the current session, including steps taken, time walked, distance traveled and calories burned. Pedometers tend to be less accurate in patients who are extremely obese, primarily because it is worn on the waist and it needs to be perpendicular to the ground in order to accurately count steps.
Turn on physical activity tracking

On your Android phone, open the Settings app. Allow. At the bottom, tap Profile. Under “Tracking preferences,” turn Track your activities on or off.
