The fan flew apart. Operator did not stop. Overheated. Melted oil dipstick end. Starts fine. Compression 100 on both sides. Governs rpm about 400 rpm under suggested even after full adjustment. Only moderate operating power. Is this worth having it worked on, or just replace it? What would need to be worked on?

How to Identify and Resolve Common Issues ?

The Kawasaki FH580V produced 19.3 PS (14.2kW, 19HP) at 3600 Rpm of maximum horsepower and 49.6 Nm (5.06 kg·m, 36.6 Ft. lb) at 2000 Rpm of torque.
Kawasaki FH580V-S20-S Engine 1″ x 3 5/32″ Shaft Vertical Electric Start 19 HP.
158 cc is around 4.7 hp , this would depend on length of grass how often you cut it ect. If the grass is wet it will make a differance, if you want self propelled model you will want more horse power.
Kawasaki FX801V – 852cc 25.5HP V-Twin Electric Start Vertical Engine, 1-1/8″ x 4-9/32″ Crankshaft.
If it measures 15″ or with in a inch of that you will need a short shaft outboard. If it measures anywhere from 17″ to around 22″, then your going to want to go with a long shaft motor. Anything bigger than that your obviously going to need an extra long shaft.
Both the 75 and 90 use the same 1,590 cc (97 cubic-inch) block.
First, determine the total engine size in cubic centimeters. For this example, the engine size is found to be 750CC`s. Next, use the formula above to convert this value to horsepower. HP = CC/ 15 = 750 / 15 = 50 horsepower.
Engine Capacity

The thumb rule is to have one horsepower for 25-40 pounds of weight. That means if your vessel weighs around 800 pounds, you need a minimum of 30 HP – 40 HP outboard strength. Depending on the exact use and weight, a 5,000-pound boat might need an outboard between 125 HP to 200 HP.

My experience with 25″ engines on jackplates on a 20″ transom has been fine. It seems like a benefit to have the engine parts up 5″ higher from the water, and I like jackplates (have them on both boats). If you don`t like jackplates I`d not consider it.
1HP Electric Motor 115/230v 56 Frame 5/8″ shaft 1725 RPM.
Measure from the top of your transom to the bottom of your keel. If it is from 15″ to 17″ long you`ll need to get a Tohatsu outboard with a “short” shaft. If it is from 20″ to 22″ long you`ll need our “long” shaft outboard.
A shorter shaft can not only increase fairway percentage, it can also help straighten out the ball flight of slicers compared to the standard length off the shelf. It is easier for the vast majority of golfers to keep a shorter club in “the slot” and on the correct club plane compared to a longer one.
If the trolling motor shaft is too long, you risk the propeller hitting bottom or the inability to stow the motor properly. Too long of a shaft can not only damage the propeller but also the rest of the motor and the environment beneath the water as well.
Example: How Much HP is 2000 cc? Hence, a 2000cc engine has an approximate HP range of 117.64 to 142.85.
Overall, the range spans from 3 HP (50cc) to 220 HP (1000+cc). What is this?
All that riding and momentum is of course officiated by the 800cc engine. The three cylinders on it produce 54 hp of power and 72 Nm of torque.
80cc Engine – 5.0HP.
Although 10W-40 engine oil is the recommended oil for most conditions, the oil viscosity may need to change to accommodate seasonal temperature changes. Using 20W-50 oil in higher ambient temperatures may reduce oil consumption.

Kawasaki front caliper rebuild 2002 klr 650 – kawasaki Full Suspension Mountain Bike Men
ANSWER : Your best bet would be to call a local shop (preferably a Kawasaki dealer) and see if they can run one down for you. I checked some of the larger parts dealers on the net, and they had everything except the calipers, like the following site:

If a local Kawasaki dealer can’t help you, perhaps you could contact them and see if they have any leads.
Good luck, and hope this helps.
