You have engaged the system lock by pressing the lock key on your control panel. You will now have to either enter a code or press certain keys in a certain sequence to unlock the system. If you still have the manual for your system you will want to lookup locking the system to see what the default way to unlock it; if you don’t have the manual you will have to contact the place where you purchased the tub from and have them tell you how to unlock the system. You might want to try and power down the tub completely, wait at least 1-2 minutes, then turn it back on. It’s possible that the system might reset itself and your control panel will unlock.

More often than not, there are two possible causes: a fault with the heater element or an issue with the water flow. The heater can fail for a few reasons, but one of the most common is when the water`s pH is low, so the heater has been subject to corrosion.
Check the main circuit breaker which provides power to the Hot Tub, reset the breaker, if it trips repeatedly it could be a faulty breaker or the voltage is incorrect, on some occasions you can have a faulty/over sensitive RCD, water in the isolator or a loose cable.
Air locks occur when the water level drops too low or after a water change. Generally speaking, air gets trapped in the plumbing lines or equipment. Your hot tub has sensors that detect water flow or water line pressure.
What is Hot Tub Air Lock? Hot tub air lock happens when air gets trapped inside the plumbing, and the circulation pump is unable to prime. This keeps water from flowing through the water lines, preventing the pump(s), heater and jets from working normally.
If the jets in your whirlpool bath have suddenly stopped working, it might be that the water intake has become blocked with hair, skin or dirt. If you believe this to be the case then switch off your whirlpool bath and take off the intake cover.
The High Limit Switch Needs to Be Reset or Replaced
Simply reset by pressing the big red button on your spa pack. The high limit switch may be housed in a thermowell. If the water temperature in the thermowell is the same as the water temperature in the rest of the spa, the switch is damaged and needs to be replaced.
Whatever the reason may be, it`s certainly an everyday occurrence among hot tub owners. The spa lock feature is designed to lock the control panel so others can`t mess with the lights, jets, and temperature settings.

I have a 1997 Coleman 107 Hot Tub. While filling the tub it over flowed and the circuit breaker popped. Over the years I’ve done this a couple of times. I remove the side, let things dry for a day or so and everything is fine. This time, I reset the breaker and the spa went on. The pumps work fine, and the control panel shows the temp and the indicator light shows the heater is on. However, work never heats up. The local spa repair folks are crooks and they know less than I do, and I know NOTHING. Nonetheless, I’m going to try and fix the problem myself. Now, I need to know the best way to determine if the problem is the circuit board or the heater itself. I also need to know where I can get a repair maual. I’m tired of paying Goober and Gomer hundreds of dollars.
ANSWER : Check the terminals that lead into the heating element to ensure voltage is present (110 AC) if voltage is present upon start up the heating element must be replaced if no voltage is present is is most likely a control board issue. Hot tub won’t stay at set temperature
ANSWER : I have a 2002 Infinity 6 man spa that I just got from a friend. I am also an Electrician. I had to replace the Spa pack because it wasn’t working. Once I replaced the Spa Pack and used the tub it got up to temp no problem but once I got in the temperature slowly dropped and it couldn’t keep up. After some research and discussion with a pool tech I found out that there is a jumper on some spa packs. It is a LC (low current) / HC (high current) jumper. It limits the current (amperage) that your tub draws. If you are running it on the LC setting it keeps the tub at low current by not running the heater when the jets are on. (this way it keeps the current low by running one only at a time) If you set it for HC it will allow high current to be drawn and let the heater and the jets be on at the same time. On my spa pack it is P26 Jumper. I have found it is also listed as Jumper 4 on some spa packs. the jumpers are located in the lower right of the circuit board. Make sure you shut off the power to the tub and know what you’re doing before you attempt changes. you can also google “Gecko Spa Pack Service Manual” and you will find the manual for your tubs spa pack. I have a treadmill Nautilus 516, I mark an error e7 flashing. I already unplugged, lubricated, and clean the speed sensor with alcohol and a clean head cotton. When I jump in at the front it locked out like when you put it in position for move it. When I put start in 4 seconds get the error e7; and when the error still the jump in the front and locked if I put in the back of the walking part do not locked out but still get the e7.
ANSWER : Hi,It stands for a lost signal in the console wire harness. It could be one of the wires has been broken or there is a connection loose. unplug and replug all connections. Then check for continuity in all the wires in the harness. Try to enter the service mode, press Stop Belt, Faster, and Slower
simultaneously. P000 appears in the Select display, indicating that no
key is pressed. To exit the service mode, press and release the same three keys simultaneously or press Power twice to power up into normal mode. Check
the speed sensor to make sure it is within 3-4 inch from the front
roller (magnet). Then check the sensor wire harness to make sure it is

ANSWER : The first thing I would do is lift the seat and check the battery connections. Those batteries are notorious for corrosion at the terminals. Make sure every connection is clean and solid, as in no loose, corroded or frayed battery cables. Next, if the batteries check out, toggle the run/tow switch, also under the seat to make sure it is fully engaged into the run position, and finally check the forward/reverse lever to make sure the connections are clean and tight.
