I have an Eclipse 1100 HR/A elliptical. I am having a problem with the arm that holds the right side foot pad in place. It keeps working it’s way loose. I open up the casing and tighten it COMPLETELY and then within 5 minutes of working out it is loose and making this horrible clunking noise as it turns. It seems like the thin – large washer on the outside of the arm is slightly warped. Could this be causing it to loosen and if so how do I order new parts and which parts should I order? Also, can you tell me where they put the serial number on the machine – I can’t seem to find it. Thanks in advance for your help.

We are assembling your Competition Series XL Power Lift basketball hoop, Model #71523. The manual does not include dimensions for the following parts:

Upper Strut Arm, #1018838, and
Rear Lifter Arm, #1018837.

We need to know which part is longer, as we can’t identify which arms are supposed to be the upper struts, and which ones are the rear lifters.

that it would be simple to install, with very little effort, and I did
make the mistake of believing those sales people. It took us hours and
hours with the help of many people to finally get it right, since the
directions are not very accurate. We had to keep on taking steps
backwards and repeating and correcting. It was a nightmare. i should
have heeded the warning of the the sport shop who sold it, to get professional installation.
