An E1 code just means that the console is not getting a reading from the reed switch (Speed Sensor). If the running belt moves for several minutes and then produces the E1 error, this is most commonly a result of the running belt needing lubrication.
E1 Error: Treadmill calibration did not receive a signal for greater than 10 seconds. Resolution: Check to ensure that the cables connecting the console and controller are secure. If any of the cables/connectors appear loose, completely power off and unplug the treadmill before unplugging and reattaching the cables.
If the E1 error occurs after the belt starts to move for several seconds, the error code means that the system is not picking up the speed of the motor. This pickup comes from a magnet mounted on the front roller pulley and a speed sensor, or a problem with the magnet.
The E1 error code is an AUTO-STOP PROTECTION indicating a short or open circuit in the indoor pipe sensor. Try unplugging the unit and waiting 2 minutes for the power to discharge. Then plug the unit back in.
An E1 error code indicates there is a potential problem with the high level alarm cable. The most common cause of an E1 is the float cable being extended to over 20m (overall length).
“E1” – High Pressure: The pressure of the compressor is too high and the high pressure switch is open. The `Error` LED will be on. Solution: Ensure exhaust duct is not blocked/kinked.
If an E1 error code shows up in your air handler, that means there is a communication error either with the indoor unit or the outdoor unit. The causes for this could be a wiring mistake, or a faulty control board with the indoor unit or the outdoor unit.
The AC Unit Needs to Be Reset
Another common reason for the E1 error code is that the electrical components of the machines are calling for a reset. A reset can be for many reasons. To reset, hit the power button so that the device fully powers down. Next, unplug it, and depending on the unit, let sit for a few hours.
E1 –
Indoor / Outdoor Unit Communication In general, an E1 error code indicates that communication between the mini split system`s indoor and outdoor units has been impeded. It might be experiencing intermittent connection issues or have failed entirely.
An E1 error indicates that the closed position of the valve has not been detected. To resolve this, please unmount the Smart Radiator Thermostat and make sure that the mounting bracket is properly tightened to the valve body. Restart and remount the Smart Radiator Thermostat to restart calibration.

Transcript: I`m going to demonstrate what happens when a unit gives you a code saying “E1.” E1 is a high pressure alarm. It`s telling the unit that the pressure`s too high, I`m too hot, I can`t get rid of my heat, so I`m going to shut down. It`s a safety feature on all of our spot cooling devices.
The F1 E1 alert indicates there is an issue with the appliance control unit or associated wiring. Unplug the washer, wait two minutes, then plug back in.
There are few sensors in this cooker. One at the lid, and another one goes under the cooker. If any one of the wires of these sensors got braked you will get the E1 Error.
2022. When the Washing Machine is displaying E1 in the panel, it is indicating an error in the water supply. The appliance is not detecting that the unit is filling with water. To resolve, checking the following: • Check whether the water supply is turned on and that there is adequate water pressure.
ERR1 Condition 1: Press speed key; walk belt doesn`t move; ERR1 appears. a) Inspect drive board components for signs of damage, like bulging, burnt or cracked spots. b) Inspect connections to the drive board, including the data cable (at the display and drive boards), drive motor, incline motor, etc.
The F3 E1 alert indicates the washer can`t detect the water level. There may be an issue with the appliance control unit or associated wiring.
