A repeating firearm or repeater is any firearm (either a handgun or long gun) that is capable of being fired repeatedly before having to manually reload new ammunition into the weapon.
Mossberg offers bolt-action, lever-action, and auto-loading rifles, as well as pump-action, auto-loading, and over/under shotguns. Manufacturing is done both in Turkey and in the US from parts made in both America and Mexico.

The standard semi-automatic AR-15 Guerra fired dispersed 30 rounds in about six seconds. That`s an approximate discharge rate of about five rounds per second.
Fully automatic is the mode of operation of a firearm whereupon the trigger is pulled and multiple shots are fired and will continue to fire until the trigger is released or until the magazine is empty.
Mossberg makes some outstanding firearms — beyond what we know them for, which is, of course, shotguns. Though they are the other American shotgun company, they do make more than just shotguns.
The basic Model 500 comes with a magazine tube capable of holding five 2.75-inch (70 mm) shells, which is called a six-shot model (a full magazine plus a round in the chamber). The 500 is also available with an extended magazine tube that holds seven rounds, making an eight-shot model.
The lock time of conventional bolt-action rifles is usually around 2.6 to 9.0 milliseconds.
The magazine of the Spencer holds seven rounds. It is filled by withdrawing the spring assembly from the butt plate. Rounds can be loaded individually; however, Erastus Blakeslee invented a cartridge box containing cylinders with seven cartridges each. These cylinders can be quickly emptied into the magazine tube.
Magazine capacity is generally 10-plus rounds, depending on caliber and barrel length.

Affordable guns aren`t necessarily bad guns by any means, and Turkish shotguns aren`t inherently terrible. However, purchasing a cheap Turkish gun can sometimes be disappointing. Some suffer from reliability, long-term durability, accessorizing, parts replacement issues, and more.
In addition to birdshot, buckshot, and slugs, the Mossberg 500 and Mossberg 590 are also compatible with a variety of other types of shotgun ammunition, including specialty rounds like non-toxic and armor-piercing.
A semi-automatic rifle, does the same except it requires a new trigger pull to fire each round. A repeating rifle requires the shooter to work the action manually, for example by operating the bolt, slide, or lever, between each shot and trigger pull.
While there are a variety of brands, colors and sizes of shotguns, there are three main types of shotgun designs: pump-action, semi-automatic and break-action.
Single-shot firearms must be reloaded each time the firearm is fired. Repeating firearms have extra cartridges or shotshells ready in a magazine, cylinder, or extra barrel.
While semi-autos, pump action, and double barrel shotguns are the most popular types of shotguns, there are other types out there as well. These include shotguns like bolt actions, lever actions, and single shot shotguns.

I bought the Knoxx adjustable stock for my mossberg 500. The forend that comes with it is realy nice and Ide like to use it, but the end nut will not reach the threads. Do i need to buy a new adapter nut that is longer to secure my forend ? I saw one for sale by houge but wasnt sure if that would work on the knoxx forend ?? I realy like the forend sent by knoxx, would be a shame not to use it. What a waste to give that nice piece away and not give the adapter to use it ?? Thanks Noel
ANSWER : That forearm is designed for the 7 5/8″ slide action tube. I’m guessing yours is the 6 1/2″ slide action tube. Take the forearm off your tube and measure it with a ruler. From the very back edge of the action bar collar….that round part the bars are pinned to….all the way to the front edge of the threads. If yours is a 6 1/2″, the Hogue adapter won’t work. You’ll need to buy a new slide action tube. That Hogue adapter is meant to let you use the Hogue rubber coated forearm on your standard sized tube….the Hogue rubber forearm is a hair longer than the standard tube. It won’t give you the length to make up the entire shorter tube length. If you’re handy with a dremel, you could go adapter plus a bit of careful cutting but I won’t suggest you do it if you aren’t certain of your skills.

I have a semi auto alpha black. When im firing on semi auto sometime the gun switches quickly to fully auto and releases lots of CO2 without really shooting any paintballs
ANSWER : Does this only happen when you’re low on air? Also, make sure you’re using a good paintball oil for lubrication and make sure the marker is clean. It’s possible for an o-ring to leak, or once it gets cold to leak, so make sure you use the proper o-ring for the proper location (lots of them look alike so keep them labeled and bagged separately). Good luck!
