How to Identify and Resolve Common Issues ?

We offer a diverse range of insights on identifying and resolving common problems in sports. Our sources encompass academic articles, blog posts, and personal essays shared by seasoned athletes. :

Tipis are distinguished from other tents by two crucial elements: the opening at the top and the smoke flaps, which allow the dwellers to heat themselves and cook with an open fire; and the lining that is primarily used in the winter, which insulates.
For spiritual purposes, the tipi`s entrance faces the East and the back faces the West. This is to symbolize the rising and setting of the sun and the cardinal directions.
Teepee stabilizer prevents teepee from folding up on small children. It spreads the poles of your teepee out, makes it more stable and helps to avoid making teepee close by inside when kids play actively inside or around the teepee. This stabilizer fits any kind of teepees – 3, 4, 5 poles, ANY!
But remember it is a tent, not a cabin. Although it is designed to withstand harsh weather conditions, it is not indestructible. It will withstand strong winds and heavy rain but do not leave the tipi unattended during snowfall. Especially wet and heavy snow will put a forceful load on the tipi.
Yes. Rain can come in that hole. Usually, the water will travel down the poles and out behind the liner. Or, it will drip into the center of the lodge.
So technically our tepees should be spelled tipi. However, it is pronounced TEE-PEE hence the alternative spelling. As the English Language is full of complexities the word tipi can be spelled tepee or teepee. It just comes down to personal preference.
Teepees were the homes of the nomadic tribes of the Great Plains. A teepee was built using a number of long poles as the frame. The poles were tied together at the top and spread out at the bottom to make an upside down cone shape. Then the outside was wrapped with a large covering made of buffalo hide.
You can wrap yourself in a mylar blanket for the night, or you can tape them to the teepee walls to help keep your teepee warm. Use a temperature-rated sleeping bag: Mylar blankets might not cut it on those bitter winter nights.
What age range are they suitable for? The teepees are perfect for children aged two years plus. For toddlers aged 2 years plus, a couple of friends can fit in there with them, too. They`re also ideal for children aged up to around 10 years, creating a cosy area for quiet reading or relaxing.
Placing a tarp under your tent extends the lifetime of your tent by protecting it from wear and tear caused by rugged terrain. Sharp rocks, sticks, or tree roots can tear or puncture the bottom of your tent. A tarp also insulates your tent, minimizes moisture, and makes it easier to clean your tent.
Unless you are in a low spot at a sandy campground, a tarp under the tent is not necessary since water absorbs quickly into the sand. A third way to place a tarp is to put it over the tent, and possibly in combination with one inside and/or under.
You can easily secure your tarp with guy ropes and stakes. Simply run the guy ropes through the grommets and tie them to the stakes.
Tipis were made out of buffalo hide (usually between 8-15 hides) sewn together. A frame of three or four poles would start the process of building up the tipi. Most finished tipis would have between 15-25 poles before it was covered with the hide.
It typically takes a full day to set-up a tipi structure, occasionally going into a second day depending on the size and complexity. Stretch tents can be set-up in a matter of hours, or up to a day for larger arrangements.

How to stabalize four tent poles in an open area.
ANSWER : If you get four sturdy poles (not normal tent poles) then the best thing to do is to stake the four poles into the ground at a 60 degree angle with the top away from the tent and then use the tension created by the angle to support the tarp.

I continually get code 90 (low/NO flow) from my 8111. I have disassembled, cleaned EVERYTHING, including the inlet port AT the pump (remind everybody to check this as stuff gets past the filter basket and will plug the pump inlet).

There is No air in the system and I get superb pressure at the outlet, yet I still get code 90. I again removed the flow sensor and put my ohm meter across the flow sensor terminals and activated the flapper and measured an open circuit. I used a heavier magnet to see if I could get make the internals of the sensor move to get an ohm reading, but I get nothing but an open circuit, ie: no measured resistance.

Can I simply bypass the defective flow sensor to trick the 8111 to think it has full flow without damaging the ‘brain’ of the system.?

Intex corp is useless at these questions. They have been out of stock on this sensor for months and are telling me “two weeks” for two months and now it’s “end of August” which I do not believe. Meanwhile I am making no chlorine while the 90 code is showing.

I love the 8111, this is the first problem I’ve had with it, and I’m frustrated that I can not get such an important part from them.

Thanks for listening!

ANSWER : Have you been able to find a solution to this problem. I am having the same issue.

Square tent with 2 types gazebo poles, varenda, 2 side windows
ANSWER : The 2 longest of the poles go in an x over the center of the tent and the 2 shorter ones go arch to the sides. a picture very similar to your tent. If you go to image 2 it shows it with out the fly. now if you got 2 sets of 4 poles, 2 long and 2 short, and one set is all aluminum, then I would go with the aluminum set. It is less likely to collapse in high winds.
