Error Code: E1
If the running belt moves for several minutes and then produces the E1 error, this is most commonly a result of the running belt needing lubrication. The motor control board will shut down due to the motor pulling too much current, triggering a safety shut down.
E1 Error: Treadmill calibration did not receive a signal for greater than 10 seconds. Resolution: Check to ensure that the cables connecting the console and controller are secure. E1 in the display means the test strip may be damaged or not properly inserted. Remove and reinsert the test strip, or replace it if damaged.
The E1 error code is an AUTO-STOP PROTECTION indicating a short or open circuit in the indoor pipe sensor. Try unplugging the unit and waiting 2 minutes for the power to discharge. Then plug the unit back in.
Typically, the E1 Error Code means that your boiler is running low on pressure, which is the cause of the boiler locking out and not working. When you see this code being displayed, all you have to do to fix it and get things back to normal is to repressurise your boiler.
If the electrical outlet works, unplug the treadmill and check the power cord for damage. Replace the power cord if it`s damaged. If the power cord is okay, check the circuit breaker switch on the treadmill and reset the circuit breaker switch if it`s tripped.
