A versatile trimmer for pubes and more

The Philips Norelco Multigroom Series 3000 MG3750, our budget-pick beard trimmer, can also be used to groom pubic hair.

The length setting on your Philips groomer is indicated by a figure on the comb or display. This figure represents the remaining hair length after grooming. This can be the hair length in mm or inches, or a setting.
Simple clipper cuts are also often referred to using numbers. These refer to the guard length used on the blades and therefore the subsequent hair length created. #1 – 3.4mm, #2 – 6.4mm, #3 – 9.5mm, #4 – 12.7mm, #7 – 22.2mm, #8 – 25.4mm.
#1 haircuts guards are often about 1/8th of an inch or 3mm long while the #1.5 are 3/16” or 4.8mm. These are the numbers you ask for when you`re looking for a perfect buzz cut. Now: They are slightly longer than the Number 0.
In grooming equipment, blade numbers go backwards from what you would expect. That is, the smaller the number, the longer the hair will be, and the bigger the number, the shorter the hair will be. So short haircuts will be a #5, #7, #9, #10 (named longest to shortest).
5F | 6.3mm | Snap On Clipper Blade.
Avoid using a razor with too many blades, because that can be too harsh on your vulva — especially if you shave daily, says Dr. Nazarian. A good rule of thumb: Use two different razors, one for your pubic area and a separate one for your legs and underarms.
Philips Norelco OneBlade Face & Body

This comes with two separate blades one for your face and one for your balls. As this is a good way to remain very hygienic. Some people love having the same device to do multiple jobs.

3mm = almost 1/8 inch. 4mm = 5/32 inch (= a bit over 1/8 inch) 5mm = just over 3/16 inch. 6mm = almost 1/4 inch.
Stubble (<3mm)

Stubble is essentially the name for a short beard that hasn`t grown out long enough for the individual hairs to overlap each other. Skin is often still visible underneath stubble, and stubble can take anywhere from 1-7 days to grow uniformly (depending on genetics).

A clipper setting of 0 will produce the shortest cut possible (aside from shaving all your hair off and going bald). It effectively gives you a skin fade all over, so this length is best for super short buzz cuts like the one shown here.
If you ask your barber for a number one cut, you are asking them to cut your hair so it is an eighth of an inch long. If you ask for a number eight cut, the hair left on your head will be one inch.
Hair Clipper Half Sizes

0.5 and 1.5 guards are among the most common, resulting in lengths of 1/16″ (1.5mm) and 3/16″ (4.5mm), respectively.

#6 (18mm) 3/4″ Hair Clipper Guide Comb – Blue | RP00497.
There is no difference between 7F and 7FC. 7F is the old name of the blade where `F` stands for “Finish” and 7FC is the new name of the same blade where `FC` stands for “Finish Cut”.
#7F Full Medium Coarse – 3.8mm.
A: #5 or #7 are skip tooth blades designed for cutting fur quickly with little combing out first. #5F and #7F are finer tooth blades to be used to smooth out the rougher cut left by the first blades mentioned.
Diamond Cut clipper blade #5F leaves 6.4mm of fur length. Clips onto all A5 type clippers.
Five blades (at the right distance apart), rather than three, reduces that bulge, which means the skin is more even, with bulging reduced by more than 30% (Fusion5 vs. Mach3). As a result, you get a close, comfortable shave, and you`re less likely to cut yourself.
Trim between 2mm and 6mm lengths for neat and tidy pubic hair.
OneBlade is not designed to shave as closely as a shaver

The Philips OneBlade is designed to trim facial hair and stubble to create a clean look, while also leaving your skin feeling comfortable. If you are looking for a close, clean every-day shave we would recommend one of our dedicated Philips Face Shavers.

A ryobi 780r trimmer developed strong vibration. The crankshaft was spun on the bearing. Wear mark on crankshaft. I replaced short block assembly (incl head, bottom case, case bearing, piston, crank and spark plug pre-assembled), clutch drum assy, spacer and clutch cover assy. Trimmer started easily before. Now can get to cough only, cannot run. Only part I’m unsure of is spacer. I installed with groove toward flywheel. Carb and hoses were not disassembled. Can’t figure it out. Help! thanks, Will
ANSWER : Hi, reset the flywheel gap to 8 thou. Also check the flywheel is located correctly on the crankshaft as your symptoms indicate a timing problem. Hope this helps, regards Phil.

I have a cutting plotter,,
its a ShanghaiJintiar JT720..

works with Artcut6, <--this is what came with it. I want to use corelDraw with this plotter..looking to make lettering with background coloring buy cutting two seperate vinyls and puting them togetherhow to get my plotter to work with CorelDRAW X4?TY

ANSWER : Interesting. Is there anything about Artcut6 that is inferior to the CorelDRAW X4 program? Also, can CorelDRAW X4 save files in a format readable by Artcut6?

That’s the key question, I think.

What formats do these programs have in common. And, if there is an overlap, you can use Artcut6 to still do the cutting, after you have used CorelDRAW X4 to design the vinyls.

Wish you luck in this.

I hae a Pro Form 540 Iteracive Trainer treadmill.
When the key is inserted, the treadmill cuts on but the control panel doesn’t seem to work when you touch start. I waited and cut it off and went back later and it did start but when I tried to increase speed, the speed button didn’t work. Then when I hit “stop” on the panel it did not do that either. I had to take the key out to make it stop.
ANSWER : Hi,I will advice you try re-calibrate your treadmill, follow the procedure below to re-calibrate it,Step 1
Stand on the side rails of the treadmill for safety purposes. Remove the safety key.

Step 2 Press and hold the two
incline buttons. The incline buttons are blue and on the left side of
the display. Hold the up and down button simultaneously. Release the
buttons when the display reads “Calibration.”

Step 3 Press the green start
button located either above or below the large, red stop button
(depending on your model). Stay on the side rails as the treadmill belt
begins to move. Both the speed and incline should go through their full
range from lowest to highest, and then back down again.

Step 4 Repeat the process if the
display does not read “Calibration Successful.”

I have a cut in the neck of my bob body opponent bag. its about 1 inch long right on his neck. how can i repair the cut?
ANSWER : Due to the material that is used, I’d get some fishing wire and sew the cut up. Stitch it normally, then go back over cross-stitching to get double the holding capacity. I’d then use some doctors tape, it’s very sticky and will keep the cut together. I know this sounds like doctors and nurses but it will work. Fishing wire isn’t going to snap, the only problem I can see is the bob body might hang its head slightly when you pull the stitching tight. Either way a cut to the neck will make him look hard as nails 🙂 Hope this helps. Your vote counts a lot. Thanks.
