Since packaging gives no instructions, here`s how you set the lock: While pressing in cable trigger (left button), push cable head down, until you hear a click. Select and set combination by turning dials to numbers of your choice.
For most machines, this can be adjusted by pulling a lever to release it, moving it to your preferred height, and then releasing the lever to lock it in place on the pole. It should be straightforward, but never be afraid to ask for assistance if you need some help!
With your Wordlock open, locate spin switch on the lock mechanism, this will normally have arrows and the word “set” on it. Rotate the spin switch into the “set” position, rotating it fully until it stops.
The Key Cable Lock is a lightweight, portable and compact security solution that attaches to the universal security slot on your laptop. A hardened steel head and 6.5` coated, galvanized steel cable ensure superior strength to deter thieves.
Cable locks are flexible cables that wrap around equipment and an anchor point and lock with a key, combination, or both to prevent theft or unauthorized use. They`re used with items that cannot be secured with a padlock, like portable equipment, tools, bikes, and computers.
By the way, the most common four-digit PINs according to the study are: 1234, 0000, 2580, 1111 and 5555 (scroll down for a longer list) – 2580 is there because it is a vertical column on a numeric keypad.
Riders usually use a cable bike lock to lock the wheels with the frame as leaving the wheels unlocked also possesses a huge threat to your bike`s safety. It is extremely necessary to lock the wheels otherwise someone would simply unscrew them and walk away, leaving a wheel-less bike behind.
They`re cheap, light, easy to carry and easy to fasten around your bike when you`re locking it up. But unfortunately the one thing they`re not is secure! If there`s one universal truth with bicycle security it`s this: if you secure your bike with a cable lock it will be stolen.
NEMA Twist Locking Plug power cords. Prevent costly downtime from inadvertent disconnects by securing connections in data centers or industrial settings. Locking plugs have the pins arrayed in a circular manner. The plug is inserted and twisted to lock in place.
Use the paper clip to firmly press and hold the button for 8-10 seconds until you hear the reset chime that confirms the process has been successfully completed. Reinstall the interior plate and paddle. If you needed to move the key cylinder housing, you can now return it to its original position for reinstallation.
Dirt and grime can build up and stop your locker from opening. The best lubricant to use to help turn the lock is powdered graphite lubricant, apply some graphite in the lock`s opening, then put your key in. Turn the key a few times to work in the lubricant and see if it allows you to open the door.
This will erase all data from your phone, including your lock screen password, allowing you to start again with your device.
Their unique locking mechanism is better equipped to resist physical attacks, battering and boring, making them less susceptible to a knife or hand tool. Deadbolt locks come in three primary types: single, double and vertical. Single-cylinder deadbolts are the simplest and can be activated from one side via a key.
Apply Lubricant Into the Jammed Shackle and Dials

If the shackles or dials severely need lubrication, then they can get stuck and hold you back from opening your lock. Hence, lubricating the lock is one of the common ways to open a combination lock stuck closed.

Key codes are found on the side or the bow of the original key that came with your new lock. Some brands do not stamp this code on the side of their keys. If this is the case the only way to get that code is with a key gauge.
More Definitions of pass code

pass code means a PIN or any other password or code that the user must keep secret and which may be required to authenticate an electronic transaction or the user. It does not include a security number printed on a card.

“Statistically, 8068 is the safest PIN,” says Tyler Moffitt, senior threat research analyst at Webroot. “Other good numbers are 7637, 6835, and 9629. But that`s mainly because they follow no pattern, isn`t a date, or repetition of numbers, or the column of the keypad (2580).”
Cable locks are made of a steel cable, which is usually coated with plastic and has a lock cylinder at the end. From mini cable locks to spiral cable locks to armored cable locks, this bicycle lock type is available in very light and flexible versions, which are excellent for transport, but offer only low security .
The most secure way to lock your bike is with two locks. And ideally to a bike rack that`s cemented into the ground. The first lock should go around the back wheel, the frame and the bike rack. The second should go around the front wheel, the frame and preferably the bike rack as well.
Twist-lock connectors are simply pushed onto a locking male receptacle or plug and slightly twisted to lock the two in place. This will prevent the two parts from coming loose.
GM Flexible Twin Twisted wires are made from high quality electrolytic grade copper and PVC insulation. These flexible wires are specially designed for household wiring needs which are heat resistant, fire resistant, and can withstand immense pressure.

I have a 2011 Sportsman 550 EPS Touring (2 up) with a glacier 2 plow set up. I have used it only this winter and already bent the blow frame, worn out the blade guides (the pads that keep the plow edge just off the ground) broken the winch gears (stripped) and broken the cable like 10 times. I went through two Polaris winches and then bought the Warn brand. The guys at the shop told me to go with the synthetic rope instead of the cable. That broke and got all caught up in the winch. The steel cable has broken so many times I lost count. What am I missing here? This plow set up has the support bars so close to the ground it seems problematic. Help please.
Chris
ANSWER : Your picking the blade up too high. I forget myself and have done the same thing and also broken the winch cable. You have to make a consious mental effor to not over pick the blade! The true answer is a limit switch on the winch that cuts power when the winch hits a preset height.I have searched the internet and found that such a device does NOT exist! I may build on myself, I don’t think it would be hard to do. ANYWAY THE ANSWER IS TO STOP THE WINCH BEFORE IT GETS TOO HIGH AND TRYS TO WRAP THE PLOW AROUND THE WINCH!

I have a multifunction sports watch that i bought from Big W, (no brand name)

By accident i set the watch to 24 hour time, originally it was set to 12 hour time, how do i set it back? ive tried every button combo including the button combo i used when i accidently set it on 24 hour time, the instructions only say how to set the time and date, it doesnt say how to toggle between 12 hour and 24 hour time, is there a generic way to toggle it on sparts watches? btw, holding the mode button in does nothing on my watch, no matter how long i hold it in for

ANSWER : Hi. How may buttons do you have, 3 or 4 buttons?if you have the 4 buttons, try this:You need to go through the time and date settings again. The 24 and 12hr format select is at the end of time/date adjustment. To set the time and date:-press the top-left button then right-top button to set the seconds, press bottom-left button to set hour then press top-right button to adjust hour, press bottom-left button to set the minute then press top-right button to adjust minute. To set date, press the bottom-left button then press top-right button to adjust month, press bottom-left button then top-right button to adjust day and finally press bottom-left button to set the time format then press top-right button to select 12hour format. Press top-left button when done.Since you have a generic sports watch, it is hard to write specific instructions to set the time format. If your watch has different ways of setting the time, just remember that the 12/24hour format is usually at the end of time and date adjustment.Let me know if you have questions. Good luck.

I can’t get the cable to stop popping off of the pulley underneath the bench press seat. Every time I try to lift weight using the bench press, quadricep curls, or anything that puts pressure on the cable connected to these exercises, the cable pops off the pulley. If you could show me how to get a diagram of how to run the cable or give me another solution to this problem, I would be deeply obliged.

Thanks,
Kendrik

ANSWER : Hello,I had same problem. I fixed it by taking plastic sides off using a long
phillips head screwdriver. Jay, you don’t have to take the sides off to
fix your problem. The sides come off only to untangle and rewind cables
on pulleys. Pull the cables all the way out. Have a helper pull out and
keep holding out the tension knob This is shown at the bottom of page
nine in the manual. With someone holding the tension knob out turn the
large pully located beneith the tension knob CLOCKWISE! I screwed mine
up by turning it counter-clockwise. This winds the handle to the top
and if you start with all the cable pulled off the pully, the cable
should then wind itself nicely back onto the pully. Once the handle is
all the way up, with the round ball on the cable jammed up against the
pully, then and only then let go of the tension knob and let it fall
back into place. If the handle falls down a few inches repeat this
proceedure but push lower pully a bit harder and try to turn tension
knob, while it is pulled out, in the opposite direction and it will
then click into place one notch tighter and should hold the black ball
on the cable firmly against the pulley. Let me know if this was helpful.wish you good luck, take care.

Penn Spin Reel will not lock after casting
ANSWER : On the front of the spool there is a device to turn to set the drag. Torn it tighter and tighten it until slightly below the breaking point of your fishing line. It isn’t a critical adjustment, it just keeps your line from breaking while trying to land a fish.

I have Detroit 60 series installed on a launch. Recently the Starboard unit suffers a catastrophic failure and piston No2 came out of the block, making a big hole. This engines are using heat exchangers, and sea water cooled Charge Air Coolers and sea water self priming raw water pump. We contact the local dealer an the veredict was a “Massive salt water ingestion” that caused an Hydraulic lock and damaged cyls 6 and 2. They say that the water came from the deck covers, but there is no way for that to happen, I think they dont want to honor any warranty, because we suspect that the water came from the Charge Air Cooler. I want to know if the CAC can cause that type of failures and if anyone had a similar problem. The engine cost is about 66K and only had 2300 hours.
ANSWER : I would have to say that a sleeve got pitted or lost an oring or the CAC sprung a leak. I believe you are correct in your assumption that the water did not enter the unit in the manner they are saying. The only real way to tell is a complete tear down and someone is going to have to pay. They are also a high maintenance item and someone is going to say that the preventive maintenance was not done.
