Cornhole Boards: Boards are positioned 27` from the front edge to front edge of the board. Cornhole Pitchers Boxes: A designated pitcher`s box is a 4` x 3` area at each end of the court and on both sides of each board; four (4) boxes in all.
Adult Player Distances
In the distance between the boards, there should be 27 feet from end to end of the cornhole boards. In other words, the boards should be facing each and the front ends should be 27 feet apart, or very close to that number.
Men Aim for an 80 lb sandbag; women aim for 45 lbs. The sandbag is an exceptional strength and conditioning tool that, when used effectively, will help you to develop great strength and conditioning.
Each player from one team needs to stand behind the opposing boards. The feet of the players cannot pass the end of the board where they are standing. The scoring is done once all the bean bags have been tossed.

Each team member has 4 bags to throw onto the board across from them. Players take turns throwing their bags to the opposing board, either alternating through all 4 players or one team throwing all their bags in one direction, then switching.
