Once the treadmill is in standby mode, insert the safety key provided and hold the speed and incline buttons together for five seconds. Repeat this process until the metrics change from KM to miles.
Simply push the “Start” button on your machine to begin a workout in manual mode. You`ll be able to manually adjust your settings, and your screen will display an oval racetrack or similar graphic as you work out.
Steps in a Kilometer

On average, it takes roughly 1,200 to 1,500 steps to walk one kilometer while it can take between 900 and 1250 steps to run a kilometer.

The easiest way how to tell if your treadmill is in km or miles is to look at the display. Most treadmills will have the units marked on the screen, so you`ll be able to see right away whether you`re looking at kph or mph.
Proper walking posture is upright, not leaning forward or backward. To get into the correct walking posture, take a moment before you step onto the treadmill to check your posture. Keep the abdominals engaged but maintain a neutral spine.
CONNECT YOUR PHONE TO YOUR NEW REEBOK EQUIPMENT

The dongle simply plugs into the blue colour coded USB port on the front of the equipment. Once you have selected a workout or planned your route, the app will ask you to choose the machine you would like to connect with . . . you`re then ready to start!

How long do Reebok treadmills last? The warranty for the majority of these Reebok running machines is 10 years for the motor and 2 years for parts. This means you can expect your treadmill to last you over 10 years, which is a pretty good investment.
Can you run on a manual treadmill? Yes, but only on those specifically made to tolerate running. Running on a manual treadmill, especially a curved one, often feels more natural than on electric treadmills, as you can adjust your speed immediately. This makes interval training on a treadmill that much more natural.
Basic treadmill settings:

Typically two to four mph is walking speed, four to five mph is a fast walk or light jog, and over five mph is jogging or running. The incline number raises or lowers the platform of the treadmill to simulate running on flat ground or hills.

A non-motorized treadmill contains — you guessed it — no motor. Instead, the speed of running is dictated by you. Run at the front of the (often) curved belt and you increase speed; ease back and you slow down. There`s no need for buttons — it`s just you, your muscles, cardiovascular system, and technique.
You can use a manual treadmill anywhere without worrying about a power outlet. These products do not need a power source, such as electricity, for them to work. This means that you can use them anywhere that they can fit.
How many steps are in a kilometre? According to a study published in the ACSM`s Health & Fitness Journal, someone of average height and weight will take around 1,400 steps to walk one kilometre at a regular pace.
The optimum speed for a beginner treadmill runner should be around 12 kilometres per hour (or 8.3 miles per hour). This is a moderate pace that will help you get comfortable with running on a treadmill. Once you`ve become comfortable at this speed, you can gradually increase it over time as your fitness level improves.
In other words, at a treadmill speed setting of 6.0, you will jog one mile in 10 minutes.
For most people, speeds around 5 mph will be a light jog or run. Most adult men can run around 8 mph on average. Women tend to run around 6.5 mph. However, your average speed on the treadmill will depend on your fitness level, height, weight, age, and several other factors.
Yes, the measurements of a treadmill mile and a ground mile are the same. It takes 5280 feet to run a mile on the ground and 5280 feet to run a mile on the treadmill. The only difference is that the treadmill belt is moving instead of your body.
Not only does using a treadmill burn belly fat, but one of the long-term effects of regular treadmill sessions is that visceral fat will go away for good. Plus, even if you end up gaining some weight down the road, treadmill running not allow the deep belly fat to return.
Is walking 30 minutes on a treadmill good? It`s enough to walk on a treadmill for 30 minutes per day if you want to lose some weight and burn some fat. It will also help you increase muscle tone and improve your memory.
Every treadmill (aside from a manual treadmill) has different speed settings. These speed settings often range from 1-10mph or 1-12mph. If you want to walk on the treadmill you`ll likely be at 1-4mph, while most jogging is 4-6mph and running is anything over.

I have a Kohler Condidant 5 Generator that will run as long as you hold the start button in. It dies when you let off. I have a harness for the remote switch but no switch – It also will start the generator when you cross the red and black wire and run as long as you hold them together. There are 3 wires to the main switch and 5 to the remote switch. Does the starter stay engaged the whole time you hold the start switch or does the computer release the starter once it is running? The Generator is producing electricity because I tested it while holding the start button. Some where is a wire that shold tell it to keep running. I have read online many descriptions of the same problem, most are told the board is bad so they replace it and still have the problem. Have not found a solution. Talked to a marine machanic today and he said he fixed his friends generator doing the same thing by running a bypass wire but he couldnt remember exactly what he did it was a long time ago. Can anyone help me. Thank you
ANSWER : The problem is either the ballast resistor or the starter bypass relay. The bypass relay should be part of the starter solenoid. I’m afraid I can’t tell you exactly where the ballast resistor is located. It should be a physically fairly large resistor made of ceramic. It should be retangular roughly 1.5″-3″ long and 3/8″-1/2″ accross with a wire on each end. It could also be a coil of wire mounted on a phenolic board.

Manual for reebok rev-10101 cross trainer
ANSWER : Check here, they already found some hard-to-get Reebok manuals.Maybe just send them a search request.

I have an 8100 ES Reebok treadmill. There is a squeaking noise coming from the drive motor. It is coming from the non-belt side (if facing the front of the treadmill, the left of the drive motor. When the treadmill is turned off, I can manually move the walking belt in the walking / running direction and it will squeak. If I move it in the opposite direction, manually it does not squeak. Also, if I need to lubricate the bearings can you tell me how to get to them to do this. The motor has plenty of power and no other problems, only squeaking. I have sprayed a belt lubricant on the belt and also blown it all out with a can of compressed air (used for computer key boards).
ANSWER : Hi.the bearings in these machines should be lubricated and sealed for life. they are not designed to be touched. it sounds like you have done the important bits. belt lubrication and blowing out any debris that may be there. squeaks like this can be incredibly difficult to find, but can also be incredibly annoying.the main things that you can do is keep watching to try and find exactly where the squeak is coming from and check for anything wrapped around the edge of the roller.keep using the belt spray, and the compessed air.a good grade silicone lubricating spray used at the edges of the rollers, by the bearings and around the motor and gearbox unit may also help but do not get this spray on the belt as it can be very slippery.squeaks like this can start and stop on their own or develop slowly and go just as slowly.keep doing the maintenance you are doing, and use the silicone spray as described above.it may take a little while for the spray to work its way into the bearings as they are fairly well sealed but you should notice an improvement after a few days.please feel free to ask for further advice if you need
