The number one reason that darts fall out of the board is if you hit the wire. You will know this has happened as you will usually hear the metal on metal sound of the dart hitting the wire before it bounces out. If your darts are sharpened and this is often happening, the issue may be the board itself.
Pour neat white vinegar into a seal able container or jar with enough to cover the barrel, drop the barrel in, seal up and leave. It might be worth replacing the solution after a couple of weeks. Just be patient as this is a long process and after 5 or 6 weeks the old point should be dissolved.
The electronic dartboard is smaller, with a diameter of 15.5 inches, and has an attached power source that reads the darts as they hit the board and displays the score on an LCD display. This can be more accurate than regular boards, depending on the quality of the board.
Basic rules

Each turn consists of three darts, which must be thrown from behind the oche. For a throw to count, the point of the dart must touch the board. If a dart bounces off the board or misses it completely, it does not get a score (and also can`t be rethrown).

The break statement is used to take the control out of a construct. Using break in a loop causes the program to exit the loop.
Darts consist of four parts, the barrel, flight, shaft and tip, and they can be exchanged depending on your preferences and play style. Combine your favorite parts to create your personalized darts!
You can use the electronic dartboard in the traditional way – a quick game of round the clock, or maybe 501, anyone? But there`s no chalk or mind maths needed, as the scores will be automatically calculated and digitally displayed, like they are when you play ten pin bowling.
Point (or Tip) – Dart points come in plastic (soft tip darts) or steel (steel tip darts) versions.
The legal weight limit of your major overseeing organizations is 50 grams. Soft tip darts are measured by weighing the entire dart including the barrel, flight and shaft. The weights being used to play soft tip darts are most commonly 16, 18 and 20 grams and are much lighter than their steel tip counterparts.
Darts may not have broken or cut off tips. No blow darts or magnetic darts are allowed. g.
Smaller flights cause less drag meaning the darts move through the air more quickly. Larger flights have the opposite effect causing more drag and slowing the dart down. It is advisable to use larger flights if your throw is gentler or if you throw with a lob.
C. In a game of cricket this refers to high scores based on the number of darts scored. For example a triple-20, single-20, single-20 would be called a C-5 because “5 darts” were scored with three darts.
Freeze Rule. Freeze Rule. What is it? A player may go out and win only if their partners score is equal to or less than the combined score of the opposing team. The freeze rule was designed as a handicapping mechanism.
The main parameter for determining the correct flight/shaft system for you is the angle at which the dart sticks in the board. Ideally the dart should land in the board at an up angle of approximately 20 degrees.
Most modern dart boards are made from Sisal. Sisal dartboards should never be exposed to water or moisture. Not one component of your dartboard will benefit from getting wet. The sisal will absorb the moisture unevenly and cause your dartboard to look like a mountain range.
Yes, quality of dart board is also a must to ensure the board holds the dart. But one common area that can fix the dart from failing to hold is to rub sandpaper down the point side to side, (not up and down). This creates slight grooves around the point that help the art to stick where its thrown.

Th heavier dart will drop the trajectory down a bit, putting it closer to where you want it. The opposite is also true. If your dart is going lower than where you`re aiming, it might be best to try out a lighter dart.

Fishing pole replacement tip. I have a replacement kit but how do you get the broken tip off. The end of the pole is not broken and the broken tip is still firmly glued on.
ANSWER : Most fishing rods are made of graphite, and are very easily breakable. i suggest that you find a way to CAREFULLY saw or file off the tip as close to the glue as you can, preserving as much of the rod as you can. maybe a knife or serrated blade of some sort could get through the tip. i have lost ALOT of fights with BIG fish and i usually end up replacing tips… NOTE that using a new tip will reduce sensitivity in your rod but not too much

I bought a Rio 30′ piece of sink tip T-11 which included 3 loop connectors. At the same time I bought extra loop connectors (4-6 wt). When I opened the sink tip the LCs had a very narrow end which opened into a slightly larger diameter nearer the loop. the ends are frayed.
My question is, do you have any hints as to how to apply the included loop connectors to my sink tip. I had no problem getting ther 4-6 wt LC and BTW, I tied a nail knot over the LC near the end of the sink tip line and super glued the collar place over the end of the LC where the line enters the LC.

I have a 2011 Sportsman 550 EPS Touring (2 up) with a glacier 2 plow set up. I have used it only this winter and already bent the blow frame, worn out the blade guides (the pads that keep the plow edge just off the ground) broken the winch gears (stripped) and broken the cable like 10 times. I went through two Polaris winches and then bought the Warn brand. The guys at the shop told me to go with the synthetic rope instead of the cable. That broke and got all caught up in the winch. The steel cable has broken so many times I lost count. What am I missing here? This plow set up has the support bars so close to the ground it seems problematic. Help please.
Chris
ANSWER : Your picking the blade up too high. I forget myself and have done the same thing and also broken the winch cable. You have to make a consious mental effor to not over pick the blade! The true answer is a limit switch on the winch that cuts power when the winch hits a preset height.I have searched the internet and found that such a device does NOT exist! I may build on myself, I don’t think it would be hard to do. ANYWAY THE ANSWER IS TO STOP THE WINCH BEFORE IT GETS TOO HIGH AND TRYS TO WRAP THE PLOW AROUND THE WINCH!
