Zetrablade is a recreational skate for men. Featuring unbeatable support, comfort and stability at a value price point, learning to skate just got easier. The secure closure system combined with a monocoque frame lowers the center of gravity, providing better balance.
Wheel Size

The size of your wheels will determine the speed, agility, comfort and stability of the skates. Most frames require the use of a specific wheel size but some allow for you to increase the wheel size if you are up for more speed and a more challenging workout.

All inline wheels have a standard width of 24 mm, making it easy to change your wheels. The characteristics of wheels are the diameter, durometer, rebound, grip, profile, wear, hub and weight.
Plantar Fasciitis

This painful condition is caused by inflammation in the thick band of tissue that runs from the heel to the toes. If you feel stabbing pain in your heels during or after skating, you may have plantar fasciitis.

Lack of room to generally push the foot forward or backwards. We want your foot to fill the skate boot but still feel like it can extend comfortably in the boot without cramping, pain or discomfort. The ability to wiggle the toes tells us that the length is perfect. Feeling like your toes slightly touch the end.
Noun. 1. roller-skater – someone who engages in roller skating. rollerblader – a skater who uses Rollerblades.
Aggressive inline skating (referred to by participants as rollerblading, blading, skating, street skating, rolling, roller freestyle or freestyle rolling) is a sub-discipline of inline skating in the action sports canon.
82A (Outdoor) – These wheels perform very well on most outdoor surfaces and make a great general-purpose outdoor wheel for sidewalks and asphalt—especially for skaters under 180 lbs. 82As can be used on sealed or painted outdoor surfaces, but they will not perform as well as multi-purpose wheels due to their hardness.
82A & 58MM*32MM: This 82A hardness is great for indoor & outdoor roller skate occasion. Wheels size 58mm diameter give you stability when skating out, while 32mm width increases control.
When it comes to car speed, wheel size has two major impacts. Larger wheels increase the weight or the load of the vehicle and reduce acceleration. It is important to note that bigger wheels mean you can reach a higher top speed, but the time you take to get that higher speed could be significantly longer.
A three-wheel skate moves faster on shorter distances. Less weight means more leg speed. A four-wheel skate provides more grip and stability, which is better for the longer distances.
As a general rule of thumb, it`s safe to fit a tire up to 20 millimeters wider than stock on the original rim. The actual width of the tire will vary depending on the width of the rim: The tire will expand 5 millimeters for every half-inch (12.5 millimeters) increase in rim width.
A softer wheel such as a 92A or 94A will be smoother over rough terrain, provide more contact area with the ground, and more grip. Soft wheels compress when pressure is applied, and so they will cushion even the slightest impact. But they`re also slower.
For your safety, and for the optimal ride, your rim width and tire size must be compatible. Why? Because the rim width has a direct impact on your tire`s contact patch, which changes how the tire interacts with the road and how your vehicle handles.
The most common injury in inline skating is fractures, followed by soft tissue injuries such as contusions, abrasions and lacerations. The most common area fractured is the forearm, followed by the wrist, hand, and elbow.
Ice skating and ice skates are associated with several common foot ailments including calluses, blisters and ankle problems. Because of the risks ice sports pose with falling, it is important for skaters to purchase the proper shoe for the activity they will be doing.
Based on average, 500 kilometers of inline skating on one set of wheels is not uncommon. That means if you skate a 10 kilometer loop three times a week, your wheels last about 4 months. Be smart, check your wheels regularly and replace them on time.
So, overall, wheels could last a year or more, 6 months, or get worn down after 30 hours of skating.

Hello, I have an old Tippman A5 (about 5-6 years
ANSWER : You will have to buy a different barrel for the A5, I would suggest ansgear.com, rockstartactical.com, or ebay. Make sure that you get the right threads along with an apex capeable front. My swimming pool. I have just had my fifth IC 40 Intellichlor chlorine generator installed in 4 years at a cost of over $900 today. Each one has worked for no more than 8 months. The first three were replaces under three year warranty, the fourth by a factory rep and I bought the fifth today. The first three all failed with Flow Chk PCB error message. The fourth just stopped working on Sunday, no power or lights. A local Pentair warranty person, whom I paid a Service Call, unplugged the unit, opened the small power center cover, showed me the green light indicating that there was power, plugged in a new IC 40 which worked immediately (as did the other four). I asked if I should replace the power center and he said that it’s basically just a transformer and is working fine. We do get occasional power blips that make the clocks on microwaves, etc blink, but I thought that the power center essentially isolates the cell from these. I do have a Florida Power and Light surge protector on the electrical box that brings power into the house. I have now talked to the pool builder, two Pentair warranty repairmen and one factory rep. I am at a loss. They all tell me they have no idea why these units fail after less than a year. This last IC 40 was installed 3/24/2010, version 2.0 and now failed in less than 5 months. Should I replace the power center that the IC 40 plugs into. Any other suggestions. I have been told that this is the best chlorinator. I don’t want to keep replacing units. By the way, each unit had been spotless inside. I keep the water chemicals and salt levels at ideal levels. The units have never worked long enough to get dirty inside. The power center is connected to an Intellitouch control system outside with an indoor control panel. Last time I called Pentair North Carolina and got some smart alec tech person that had no suggestions. Please Help if you can.
ANSWER : I’ve had the same experiance. On my fifth one as well. Fail every year. No idea why.

I have a Vital Fitness Excersize bike model # RB-350. I have lost the power cord and am trying to find another that will fit, Can’t find an owners manual online. Any suggestions?
ANSWER : I have a Vital Fitness RB-350 as well. I suggest going to your local Radio Shack and purchasing an AC/DC Adaptor from them. The original Adaptor is 120V AC 60Hz Input and the Output is 6V DC at 500mA current. I don’t know how to get the Original Replacement Adaptor from Vital Fitness. I recently moved and could not find my adaptor, then finally found it. In the process I tried to find info on the co online, attempted to call their defunct cust. svc number, called the store where I purchased the Bike to no avail, BBB.com does not give any relevant info on them. Through reading online I see that they were part of a Spain group. Any way… I could not find any parts avail from their Spain Site. I guess if you contacted that firm, possibly they could give you the info you need to get an Original Replacement Adaptor. If you did not want to take my word for it, you could dis-assemble, partially, your unit, so that you could see the motor. On the motor, it should indicate it’s Voltage and Current demands. I have not disassembled mine, but that is the standard in the US… dunno if the US somehow allows china to skip on those standards or not. I don’t think so. Pardon my ignorance on this point. I imagine that they also have to abide by UL standards.
