I can’t seem to find the assembly directions and I’m trying to find something that ilustrates how to assemble The Cimarron Pontoon Boat

Have a similar boat, but it’s been a year or so since I used it. Here’s what I remember.Lay
it all out first. It’s very confusing until you get a visual. The seat
rests on two bars. These bars span the two pontoons. I believe they use
pins, rather than bolts to secure it. You probably have a basket and
maybe a trolling motor mount. Get rid of the mount, unless you plan on
using it. If you do, it attaches to the rear basket. The basket mounts
to the back of the chair and rear bar with bolts.Next, the leg
holders slide in and there should be pins to hold them in place for the
right distance. If there is a stand up plate and a casting bar, you’re
on your own on how to attach them. Obviously they go in the front, but
I have no idea how they are attached.Mine had an anchor, but this was a huge hassle. Much easier to pull to shore than park in the water.There
is probably a mesh type piece that fits under or around your seat with
bungies or hooks. It may have a fish measure on it. If it does, that
goes to the front.The oars are merely pinned in at a
comfortable spots. There should be oar “stops,” that slide over your
oars. Again, you have to adjust the length to how long your arms are.
They don’t slide too easily. And, they are needed so your oars don’t
slide off into the water.The side bars should have a hump to rest the pontoons on. Buy a double pump and save some time, (or an electric pump). The following is the most important fact of all,
You have two bladders in each pontoon. Inflate them BOTH. Air up one
from the front, then the other from the rear, back and forth until the
pontoon is ready to burst. This prevents a disaster. If one deflates or
is punctured, the other one has enough air to support you to shore.
Strap them on and you’re ready to go. And I would suggest a practice
run in calm water first. They are a little awkward at first. Good luck

Attach the seat frame to the pontoon frames.

Align the holes and secure with four clevis pins. You MUST lock the security retainers on all four clevis pins to insure that the frame stays together. Insert clevis pins on the frame side not in between the bladder and frame to avoid abrasion of the pontoon.

Depending on the boat`s overall length, most pontoons will have two or three-chambered sections. If there`s an accident, half of your tube could fill with water which could make your boat too heavy to float.

The tubes, or toons, of a pontoon, are the true heart and soul of the boat. They`re typically made out of aluminum and are filled with air. They keep the boat afloat and take the brunt of the waves.
A pontoon boat is a flattish boat that relies on floats to remain buoyant. These pontoons (also called tubes) contain much reserve buoyancy and allow designers to create large deck plans fitted with a variety of accommodations including expansive lounge areas, stand-up bars, and sun pads.
Remember, pontoon boats are some of the safest recreational boats on the market. Although they rarely sink, it can happen if the toons are compromised. Safe boating is smart boating so stay educated and you should have a great boating experience always.

Motor not pushing boat after two thousand rpm’s
ANSWER : The prop is cavitating. The outdrive is not trimed under enough or the prop is damaged (providing it is the correct prop.)

2005 Mercury 50hp 2-stroke outboard motor very sluggish when accelerating, stalled twice when trying to exceed 50% throttle capacity. Last time I used my boat was about two months ago, so I don’t think bad fuel is the problem. I let my boat idle at the boat launch for probably 5 mins before taking off. I didn’t notice any weird sounds or any indication that my motor was running any different than normal. After only a couple of minutes of running my boat up river I gave more throttle(probably 75% power) when it started to bog down. I immediatly kicked it out of gear and checked to see if something was caught around my prop but there was nothing there. From then on everytime I put the motor in gear and gave it throttle it would barely respond and stalled twice. Any suggestions to what this might be? Thanks, Newt.
ANSWER : The carberator is gravity fed and there is propbably gunk in it, when you give it more throttle, it needs more gas but can’t get it. Then a build up of gas in the float bowl occurs and nothing works right. It has happened to me and its aggravating, do a complete rebuild on the carb or just replace it and you will be happier quicker.

I own a 1998, 25hp Mercury short shaft tiller outboard engine. It is on a 15′-10″ Mirrow Craft semi V aluminum flat bottom boat. When I am running it, the steering handle pulls to the left making the boat turn right. I have to concentrate on keeping the handle steady when the motor is at full throttle. If I would let up the tension with my arm the motor pulls the boat to the right. I need to balance the motor so it runs without steering tension. How do I adjust it?
ANSWER : You have a tiller tab on the foot of your outboard, It has a mark on it, and should be cocked to one side, take note of the mark, and turn it one way or another, just keep notes on what you do, then try it. See what happens, you should be able to compensate for the over steer by moving this tab. Hope this helps.

94 750 begins running half thottle after 30 min
ANSWER : Fuel system has to hold 3 to 7 psi for ten minutes. fix any leaks. Check to make sure that your water temp sender is working right and or that the water system is not clogged.
If it thinkd that it is over heating the rev limiter will drop to a lower rpm. hope that helps
