Goal Post Dimensions

The football goal crossbar is 10 feet high, and the posts are an additional 20 feet high, for a total height of 30 feet. NFL and NCAA goalposts are 18 feet, 6 inches wide. High school goalposts are 23 feet, 4 inches wide.

11 a side goals or 24 x 8 (7.32 x 2.44m) goal posts range includes all types of full size goals and football nets from Harrod UK, the leading post manufacturer.
All 9v9 football goal posts adhere to standard dimensions: 4.88m x 2.13m. Harrod`s most popular freestanding posts are suitable for clubs and schools to use on all surfaces and are available in steel, aluminium and PVC.
They are square, rectangular, round or elliptical in shape and are placed on the centre of each goal line. The distance (inside measurement) between the posts is 3m and the distance from the lower edge of the crossbar to the ground is 2m. Both goalposts and the crossbar have the same width and depth, 8cm.
A football field is 120 yards or 360 feet long, from end zone to end zone. How wide is a football field? The width of the field from sideline to sideline is 53.3 yards.
The optimum soccer field size is 360 feet long (120 yards) by 225 feet wide (75 yards), although as these regulations highlight, pitches can vary in size all over the world.
*If a pitch is to be provided for U13/14 it is recommended that 7 x 21 goalposts are provided. However, it should be noted that 8 x 24 would also be acceptable as not all sites will be able to provide specifically for this age group. Goals not in use should be properly stored.
The football goal size for the child`s match goal is 12×6, followed by either 16×7 (11|12) or 21×7 (13|14) youth/junior depending on their age, whereas the adult football goal size for a match goal is 24×8 (15+).

Penalty area, otherwise known as the 18-yard box – this measurement is taken 18 yards from each goal post and 18 yards out from the goal line. Penalty spot – within the penalty area is a spot marked 12 yards in front of the centre of the goal.
Since the goal posts are 10 yards behind the goal line, and the holder is positioned seven yards behind the line of scrimmage, an additional 17 yards is added to the kick distance.
The playing field is 100 yards (300 feet) long, and each end zone is 10 yards (30 feet) deep. The field has a uniform width of 53 1/3 yards (160 feet).
By 1912, the rule makers decided to add 10-yard-deep end zones to either end of the field, which would have made for a 130-yard-long field in toto. The problem was a number of colleges had built stadiums that wouldn`t accommodate that length, so the distance between the goal lines was shortened to 100 yards.
An NFL football field is 120 yards long (360 feet).

From goal line to goal line, the field is only 100 yards (300 feet) long, but once each ten-yard deep end zone is factored in, the field adds up to 120 yards (360 feet) in total length.

A typical football game lasts for 90 minutes with two halves of 45 minutes. However, the clock often goes past the designated time at the end of each half, with an addition of a few minutes.
In both sports, the goal structure consists of a horizontal crossbar suspended ten feet (3.05 m) above the ground and vertical goal posts (“uprights”) placed 18 feet 6 inches (5.64 m) apart and extending at least 35 feet (10.67 m) above the crossbar.

Despite its official name 5-a-side can be played with between 4 and 7 players. It offers fast, competitive and skilful football for any level of player. The standard size for a 5-a-side goal is 12 x 4ft (3.66 x 1.20m) for juniors or 16 x 4 ft (4.88 x 1.20m) for senior players. Goalpost safety is key.

What's the goal of ladder golf? – Sport & Outdoor – Others
ANSWER : A ladder golf player aims to make exactly 21 points. Not more nor less.By tossing the bolas to the ladder the player can get them hanging from the top bar (3 points), the middle bar (2 points) and the bottom bar (1 point). He tosses his three bolas, then it’s the opponent’s turn, and they keep going, gathering points until they reach exactly 21. If a player goes over 21, the points from that round don’t count.
