Grand Slams: While the winner of a Grand Slam gets 2000 points – the same as ATP – the distribution changes from the runners-up, who gets 1300 WTA ranking points as compared to 1200 in ATP. WTA Finals: Like the ATP Finals, an undefeated winner can earn a maximum of 1500 points.
Level 7 tournaments are for the kids who have never played in tournaments before. They are just one day, and typically take a few hours. The kids typically play multiple rounds of a shortened set against the other kids in the division.
UNIVERSAL 9 AND 10: Upper level female collegiate player

These players are among the best players in an area. Junior players at these levels are highly likely to play U.S. Collegiate Division 1 NCAA tennis. Junior girls will be among the top players nationally.

5.5 – This player has developed power and/or consistency as a major weapon. This player can vary strategies and styles of play in a competitive situation and hits dependable shots in a stress situation.

Game: A game is the second stage of the tennis scoring system. In essence, it is an accumulation of 4 or more points won by the same player.

2.5: Player is ready to play league matches and low-level tournaments. 3.0: The player is fairly consistent, hitting medium-paced shots, but struggles in other situations. 3.5: Player has dependable strokes but lacks variety. 4.0: Similar to 3.5, but more variety.
The ATP 250 tournaments (previously known as the ATP World Tour 250 tournaments, ATP International Series, and ATP World Series) are the lowest tier of annual men`s tennis tournaments on the main ATP Tour, after the four Grand Slam tournaments, ATP Finals, ATP Masters 1000 tournaments, and ATP 500 tournaments.
